I am very unhappy with your store. I shop every day. I pride myself on always doing the right thing, being honest, and full of integrity. I don't have a car. I came from the gym. I asked if I needed to leave my bag at the front, and I was told no. I bought cake, ice cream, and water. At the self check out, I was asked if they could see my bag. I have nothing to hide. I showed the woman. I just felt she lacked customer service, and was hurtful to me. Her name is Lilian. The other store staff is nice. I know Lilian was doing her job, but I would have preferred to just be allowed to leave my bag at the front while shopping. I was very upset with the store's lack of communication with each other. I won't come back. I purchase items often at that Vons, but I am still carrying pain with how I was treated. Poor customer service..

They wouldn't exchange the diapers my husband brought earlier for a smaller size because we didn't have the receipt.

This store sucks! Everything is overpriced!
Their fruit bowls are $12(buy 2 get 1 free). I can get them at Ralphs for 2 for $12, and some of the bowls for $10 at Ralphs are twice the size this store sells for $12.
The deli food is either over cooked and stale or undercooked. Alot of the prepackaged items are unsealed as if the delivery truck crashsd.
This store is a very condensed version of a grocery store. They dont have alot of items here that are listed in the app or online.
I wish this place would leave so a different store can move in. Anything would be better. This is probably the worst grocery store I've ever gone to more than twice...

I tried to find ginger ale. I asked for help finding it. I was directed to the alley where it should be. But I had already looked there and found nothing. So I left the store with nothing. Such service. They say it's normal for a shop located in Reseda.

Usually very nice cashiers, but the one cashier was extremely disrespectful and possibly for racial reasons. I’ve never had an experience like it. He scanned my item incorrectly, asked me to go get another one from the store even though it was right there in the cart, and made me wait to fix his mistake as he scanned three other customers. The other customers (who were not my race) felt uncomfortable going ahead of me and were really nice as they were confused as well l. It was like living through a real life episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I’ve never gone back there and will drive a little farther to Ralph’s now.

We shop here frequently and they're usually pretty good. It's a small store so they don't stock certain staples in our house like low-sodium tamari sauce, which is a bit disappointing, but they have most things we need. The prices and quality of the items have been reasonable enough to keep us coming back.
We had one recent concern regarding an employee bagging raw meat with other raw, cold food items (that are usually eaten raw) without putting the raw meat in a separate bag to prevent contamination as recommended by standard food safety practices. We spoke to the very kind and understanding manager who refunded the contaminated items and promised to re-educate her staff, so we're happy they made us whole and took advantage of the situation as a teaching moment.
I would probably bump my rating to 5 stars if they stocked low-sodium tamari sauce.

Every time when I come in the afternoon the butcher DO NOT want to cut anything than what they put out for display. The whole reason I come to this Vons is because they used to cut steaks to my liking, I like them thick 1 1/2- 2 inches thick the quality was really good , these 2 that work in the afternoon, they are either lazy, or lack customer service skills, just not the quality I got used to the past 3-4 years, highly disappointed as of late. I don't even want to waste my time to come here, I have the money to spend, sadly I have to find another store.
