It doesn't take Apple Pay even though it says it does. It doesn't work with Bank of America and hasn't for the longest time. They need to fix that, or not put that option on there.

STAY AWAY from this place unless you appreciate being treated like a criminal. I was shopping in the store on Wednesday after work and I went to self check out and bought a bunch of boxes of pasta and four bags of shredded cheese as I was paying after I had bagged my groceries a woman came over and started yelling at me excuse me excuse me and I look over and she's like you need to pay for your purchase. And I was truly confused because i was literally about to tap my card and I look at her and I'm like I am paying she responds saying no you didn't ring the shredded cheese up and you bagged it. Again I'm lost. So I tell her it's on the screen she then checks how many I scanned and it's 4 and she's like yeah but I saw you put more in the bag. I'm like no I scanned 4 and put 4 in the bag. And she's like no let me see and starts aggressively searching my bags and she felt very stupid when she saw that only 4 bags of cheese were in the bag because that's what I purchased but never bothered to apologize but just walked away. And as I was leaving I tell her most people say I'm sorry when they make a mistake and she proceeds to walk away again. Like what kind of an atmosphere is vons trying to push. I now do not feel comfortable shopping at my local grocery store because the Manager Martha accuses hard working people of stealing $2 bags of cheese. So gross that they would allow this kind of behavior without even an apology from her.

Good selection, well kept store. The checkout aisles are a bit claustrophobic. Decent prices of you use the store cars and shop sales.

This Vons is a literal s***hole!! Everything is always either: - gross, rotten and old - out of stock - overpriced Pick your poison! Not to mention, the employees are extremely unhelpful and rude. There are also constant robberies here nearly every week. Shut this place down!

This store has the worst management ever. This Lilly lady is awful & rude. Their produce is gross. I buy it and it goes bad in 2 days. Their shelves are filled with bad fruit & Vegetables. I was also attacked by an employee who called me the C word & threatened to have a 100 people come beat me up. All that Lilly did was send him for retraining instead of firing him. What he did would be cause for termination at any other company. I also asked this store that I have shopped at for over 30 years, to order sodas for me & they refused. So I now have to drive to Vons in Bishop, CA, 5 hours away to get them. This store needs better management & should show loyal customers respect & to be helpful at our needs!

CHRISTIAN SUPERVISOR IS SO RUDE!! Today is Oct 1,2023 9:10pm. His face has NO RESPECT to the customer. He even dare me to write the review... This kind of behavior is telling VONS that he hated his job and his taking on the customer. VONS should do some action about this incident.

The store is fine but employee named Eladio(?) is regularly rude and unhelpful. I wondered if it was toward me specifically until I witnessed another customer confront him about his unhelpful and unpleasant behavior. I believe this employee worked at Tarzana location also. I'd prefer shop elsewhere rather than deal with employees like this. 2- The sales and discounts are too cumbersome. The Just for You program is simple enough where simply inputting a phone number at register is all that is required but the other discounts that require apps and scanning and downloading is too much to deal with. I recently gave up on trying to connect the dots required to get a great price on cherries and ended up just leaving them there. Just give us the discount if you're going to give us one at all. Thanks

Vons is one of my favorite stores and I’ve been shopping in Reseda store for years. Today was my first time returning an item and this guy was very rude when I asked him why he needs my address for refund cause usually non of the store asks all this info and he was very rude. When I asked for manager, I found out that he’s the manager ?. I felt sorry for the staff who work there cause definitely he doesn’t know his job. I’ll give zero star for the customer service and never go back there again.

Please Vons make your app more user friendly so that your customers can get the discounts you advertise. Especially since you only have one cashier who sighs when she has to help you (Evelia) and does not carefully catch all the errors on the receipt. I explained that the Raisin Bran cereal was not listed for the sale price and later found out it was listed under the manufacturer's name. The consumer doesn't know all those names or how your programmer input them in your system. The hamburger on sale also was not ringing up correctly so in order to "make it right" she tore the label off and when I got home discovered she made a hole in my meat and stuck her finger in it after helping how many people and handling money, coin and many transactions. Her attitude and treatment of this customer is completely unacceptable. I won't ever return to this poorly managed Von's, one checker with the lack of customer service skills like Evelia is not okay with me. This visit was on 5/18/23 I just found my receipt this morning.

Friendly neighborhood friendly staff clean store however the items are overpriced compared to their quality (for the most part.)ATM charged me $6 fee on 1 transaction after stating fee was $3.50I would give 3.75 stars however Google does not offer feature
