Very SLOW!!! Not sure why they talk TOO MUCH with every customer and talk about personal things instead of helping ppl quickly! It's good to communicate and be friendly but only if it doesn't waste other ppl's time! Not a good management and ALWAYS Long lane and waiting forever...

Worst bank! The lines are always long. There are never more than 2 tellers working at once. Once you need to talk to a manager, he/she is never around.

Been in line for 55 minutes and it looks like there is more to come. 43 people in line, 17 gave up on waiting. This is a catastrophe waiting to happen: tellers that make mistakes and needed to be fixed by the manager, they are confused and disoriented, people who can't stand and run away. A shame for WF. Need to close the branch, and direct people through other locations.

I've been coming here for over 3y now. The employees are amazing. But the management needs to hire more people. The wait time is extremely long, over 45min every time I go In.

Middle of the day and only 2 teller windows open with a line of customers half way down the lobby! What the hell! Horrible way to treat banking customers! People have better ways to spend their time than to wait 30-45 mins for banking services! Where's the manager?

They have lousy service, there are many workers and only one person tends the window. I don't understand if they have a manager who can guide them or is it because they don't receive training

How am I supposed to have faith in a financial institution that can't even staff its buildings? Either hire extra staff or close the branch. This location disproportionately hurts lower income people who don't have time to wait for hours in a line just to see a bank teller. The oversight or lack there of here is terrible. I run a small business and, as if there aren't enough hurdles for small business's to overcome, I can't afford to be out for hours just to get change for my registers. Seems like it's time to find a bank that actually values the people who put their money in it.

2.15pm on a Monday -- 24 ppl waiting, yet only 2 tellers are working. Wait time has been 25 minutes so far with 8 ppl still ahead of me... This location is way understaffed. Time is money, Wells Fargo! Must do better for your loyal clients.

Worst bank, by far. Been here over an hour. 10 people still ahead of me in line. Only two tellers. But 8 windows that can be occupied? Definitely glad I bank with Chase, I only come here to deposit for an out of state family relative, but I'm about to tell them to change banks. This is getting old and it's total horse.. do yourself a favor and don't bank here. The people are slow and don't even care to increase speed. There are others in line complaining as well, and the management just seems to brush it off and not care at all.

This is the worst bank. Had 2 tellers then 1 left. So far I've been waiting 30 minutes and there are only 3 people ahead of me.
