I wouldn't come here for anything complicated. Had to make multiple appointments because each time the personal banker told me something different. I wish someone knowledgeable could have looked through everything and told me what was needed from the beginning. Personal bankers are inexperienced.

They’re supposed to be open until 5. Came at 12:15 and it was all locked nobody would answer the phone. I needed to emergently deposit a check and was left totally screwed.
