Worst bank with the worst customer service. 18 years I've been with Wells Fargo and I have nothing but regret. I'm officially moving my bank and business somewhere else. Hiring lazy, unprofessional employees doesn't pay.

I wouldn't come here for anything complicated. Had to make multiple appointments because each time the personal banker told me something different. I wish someone knowledgeable could have looked through everything and told me what was needed from the beginning. Personal bankers are inexperienced.
