Ordered a set of doors through one of their vendors in Palm desert. Waited 6 weeks only to receive the wrong doors it's been over a week and they can't figure out what's going on with my order yet

Some of the most awful doors I have ever installed. Doors come completely warped. The strike plates aren't even drilled in properly .. come on guys.
Highly advise to buy doors from another supplier. You'll get way better luck for the same price.

I have not had a positive experience with American Building Supply who contracts with Window Fits who contracts with Lowe's. My installation has been cancelled twice due to the door that I purchased being defective. The first time the door was returned to the factory due to a crack. The second time the door was returned to the factory because it was warped. I can understand a product being returned to the factory once, but twice is not acceptable.
