My husband and I were heading back home when our car shut down. Luckily, we got a jumpstart to make it to AutoZone. Matthew (I believe that's what the associate's name was) was a huge help. We got a new battery and he helped us replace it from the old one. Thank you so much Matthew for helping out our little emergency!

3 years ago a bought a battery and I lost my receipt but Jackie the Store Manager had no problem looking it up and made the warranty exchange without any problem.
