I went the day of the annual sale & it was pretty busy & packed, the employee there ben was very helpful & let everyone know thank you for your patience we will get to you as soon as possible, he announces it a couple of times because the line was very very long. Renaissance in Rialto is the only BBW's I have shopped at in the past 5 years. I love the staff & the store is always clean and stocked.

The employees are nice. There alot of good smelling products whether it hand sanitizer,hand soap,lotions, body wash, body spray, candle. It's a good place to get a gift for someone.
