“My wife and I were all ready to go riding when I noticed a flat tire one of the mountain bikes. I already had the bike on the rack and I told my wife I would drive to Southridge to buy a tube. When I got there Don came out to my Jeep and said he would install the new tube and have me on my way. I took him up on the offer and had him replace both tubes as they were both 6+ years old. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! I recommend Southridge Cycling!”

“Best customer service ever! They've always helped my partner get the right thing for his bike, and they help me grab parts for it when I'm there... but the best ever customer service I've gotten? Literally today. My partner texted me but his ringer was still turned off from work; I called the shop because I knew he was there, and they straight up told him I was trying to reach him so I could get hold of him and answer his text. The silliest, tiniest thing, but it just shows how much they care about their customers. 10/10 will always recommend!”
