Stop hiring bad people. I'm 40 years old, & I talked myself out of reacting. The young male person in the deli around 6:00 am or 7:00 am made it really hard to walk away. But again I'm 40 years old and I don't fight unless someone attacks me. But the employee was provoking me to get into an altercation. I was just shopping for groceries. And also the female in the deli that was at work that same morning between 6:00 and 7:00 am was right there with the young man. Cursing me out saying horrible things to me, & for absolutely "NO REASON" I never said anything to either of them. I have never met either of them. The whole situation is baffling to me. I could only assume they were on drugs and just picked me to vent their frustration. And just to tell the entire story, the young man followed me to the register when I was checking out, and continued to provoke me saying horrible things. While he walked by. I will never shop at this store again. Completely uncalled for. And dangerous.

Come on Stater Bros! You have a "must by 15" special on Powerade but your shelves are mostly barren! Couldn't you at least have a few stacks set up in the store so we could purchase what we want (like the Zero Sugar version?It's called "Availability!" Get to know that term.

The bathrooms are really nasty honestly worst then a gas station it's really disappointing you guys should really think about remodeling *we ended up going to grocery Walmart to use the restroom* the one across the street. If you guy are ok with taking care of the bathrooms this way for your customers how do you take care of our food in the back? That bottom of that toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

This place is so unprofessional, so I was at chipotle earlier this week and had seen someone in the stater brothers uniform, fighting the staff at chipotle over $.50 for a extra tortilla which held up the line and made me go over my lunch. Nonetheless today I go into Stater Bros to grab some items I need it for lunch and who do I see the same lady who I saw at chipotle yelling up a storm turns out she's a manager, and this time she was yelling at one of the employees for everyone to hear it is so unprofessional to talk to your employees like this, and represent a company like this in uniform needs further training I believe her name is Leila R

Employees are not very friendly and that includes management team. Checking out as well no hello always talking to baggers and very rude, like it take two seconds to say hello. Some of them are even talking badly about another employee in front of a manager and the manager just adds to the crap others are saying about the employee.

I bought some fried chicken there around 6 pm . The 16 chicken pieces for 18 dollars . It was very hard and dry I almost broke a tooth . Second there were little to no meat on them and burnt also that's my first and last time buying chicken from the Deli Department.

Today my elderly mother went to pick up chicken for dinner. On top of having to wait 45 minutes for just the chicken the clerks that were helping her prepare her order were extremely rude, refused to allow her to order then pay while they were preparing her order. They told her she had to go back and forth for each item and pay. After she spoke to the cashier Samantha they allowed her to pay for it all at once. When she went to pick up her order the girl spilt the coleslaw all over the counter and my mother. Once she got home after all of this EVERY PIECE OF CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED. This has been our family store for years and I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at they "customer service"

So let's start off with the unprofessional workers in the bakery laughing and giggling while I ordered a white cake and they gave me a blue cake. Then the manager decides to offer a bag of ice lol but no discount on the cake they didn't follow the simple instructions of the cake that should've been a white butter crème and gold and blue sprinkles how do you get blue frosting from that lol. Then they were upset since my aunt came 3 times they didn't fix it til I came back the 4th time for a graduation party. Gave me a sorry "sorry about that" & a fake "congratulations to the grad" This won't be the end of it never again. Like inconvenience and you can't blame the person who took the order if they took it correct you can't read to decorate.

Went shopping here and the Grocery store was clean and they don't let you in with out a Mask they even provided Masks if you don't have one and the Food is very Fresh and the place was clean too.

I have been going to this stater brothers for decades. I understand covid is around, but I was literally REFUSED to ring up my groceries by the cashier unless I put a mask on, it was obvious the manager called her register to talk about me. He's tried to make me wear a mask a few times. Respectfully. But the attitude the girl at the register had was trash, and I don't feel a person should be harassed for choosing to not wear a mask. I now choose to go take my business elsewhere.

This is my favorite staters! It's quite clean, organized and everyone is helpful. I love that it's not ghetto like other stores. I like coming here instead of Neighborhood Walmart's poor customer service and long lines.

Went to the store on baseline in rialto store#43 had to get a few things and a gift card for a birthday.told the checker-maria-thar was on checkstand #3 to put $25 on the card.As we were walking away the total seemed a little high so I checked to reciept.she had put $45 on it instead of the $25 I had asked.she had been talking to the boxgirl and seemed more interested in what she was bringing to a potluck than paying attention to us.when brought to her attention she tried to argue with telling us we asked for the 45 not 25 and there was nothing that could be done.i called the manager he said he would talk to her.very bad customer service won't be back
