I went here weekly since I lived in Rialto, to fill up on snacks and drinks. It was always clean here, and the employees would always greet me as I came in to the store. They were very nice and courteous to me, I went in so often that they were willing to offer me free drinks haha, since I moved it feels weird not going in anymore.

They didn't hve enough Christmas decorations nor no arts and crafts items for adults to do. On some items there prices are ridiculous, you can get some of the items at the dollar tree. Will not be going bake. Happy Holidays

I love coming here for all the little things I forget. Light bulbs, plastic bins, holiday decor, etc. Great prices. Staff is always restocking the shelves?

The store needs new and vibrant employees to be productive in the Family Dollar. I went shopping not knowing that "THEY" have the choice to sale you an item at the store or not. Meaning if they want "THEY" can make any excuse for them not to sale you something that was in the sales floor. I did my shopping here not knowing that one of the items I picked up from the sales floor was reduced until I went to checkout. At the checkout stand I was helped by this young Hispanic gentleman that could not ring up properly my item until he asked another associate whose name read Shan, she gave me an excuse that the item I picked up could not be sold to me at that discount price and that its was damaged but the packaging was in perfect conditions I bought something else that was missing an item for much more than the discounted price of the item that was in perfect conditions Shan began giving me attitude as to why she couldn't sale me the item. It was plain rude when she began having side conversations with other customers as I was getting my stuff from the cart. If this is how Family Dollar promotes good customer service than this place deserves recognition never again will I shop there. I can't wait to contact HR regarding this!

I went to this store looking for beanies and umbrellas. There was so many boxes all up and down the aisle that I wasn't able to find what I was looking for everything was blocked I couldn't see anything find anything and the employees that were there were just in the front register talking I used to like coming to the location but not any more too bad. This is a prime example how a bad manager can make a good location and store go down. Even if you have open up the boxes yourself. Just do it. How are you going to sell your stuff if there all boxed up. District manager or management it appears EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ON CLEARANCE after Christmas.

Wish I could give a negative star. I will never buy/shop at this place again or any family dollar. I purchased some medicated cream got home opened the box took out the tube realized the seal was broken and the medication looked like it had been used. Went back to the store with my receipt and was told they can't take back, give me a refund, store credit or exchange. The manager Marissa told me this. I will never and I repeat never shop family dollar again. The manager told me they check products and pull them from the shelf when they are defective. Well they missed this one. How can you sell defective merchandise, and not help the customer when there is a problem. I chose to shop there when I had other choices and this is how I was treated. Usually when you purchase an item the cashier is supposed to let the customer know if it is final sale. She didn't inform me at all and it's not printed on the receipt. I will most definitely tell my family and friends to shop elsewhere. Most definitely someone tampered with this product. The kicker is the box says if not satisfied with this product please return to family dollor with your recript for a refund or exchange.
