First let me say if your going to be shipping a large package just know don't go to any Walgreens. Walgreens does not except large packages. And there never is a fexEx person at the counter. Better off going to an actual FedEx store.

Last yr during the holidays, i shipped out a pair of tower speakers worth more than $800 and they claim that it was lost. How can you lose a 5ft tower speaker?that thing is huge. And since it was not insured, obviously the driver took advantage and stole it. And of course FedEx denied it. I went to their factory 3 times and no one ever really cared enough to help locate the driver, and bring back my package. That's FedEx.

Rejected my boxes for FedEx was below the requirement in size. Ask the manager why he said they have the attorney to reject anything they feel like.

I came here thinking I would be able to have a label printed to have my package shipped. Associate told me no. Now I got to go all the way to a regular FedEx in San Bernardino.

Extremely knowledgeable excellent fast service. I didn’t have a label for my return and they printed one out for me Free of charge. I highly recommend this place
