We came here for 3DS games. They had a limited supply, but the staff was helpful and not at all pushy. The parking lot can be easy to miss. If you use Siri to get here, don't be surprised if you have to go around the block to find the entrance.

Horrible place they open up at 11 am started to walk in at 6 months pregnant and she shut the door on me to take a break at 1125 that don't make sense I believe maybe they r on drugs amanda is a horrible associate she needs new training on how to be a kind and nice associate shame on you game stop for hiring such a bad employee...

Poor customer service came to exchange a controller that they sell refurbished, Hispanic female name Amanda Hernandez decline to change my controllers and coworkers Erin didn't hold back to talk in a conversation he wasn't invited to, don't buy nothing refurbished from this store. I ask to get the manager contact information and the female employee reply saying she it's the manager what's imma do about it not professional. I drop to that store exchange my controller since there wasn't no other location with the same model controller, those two employees should be suspended

Stopped by to buy Pokémon cards for my kids on 09/25/2023 before they closed. An employee was getting ready to close and the manager approached me aggressively and was upset that showed up at 8:56 when store hours said they closed at 9. Tracy was the name of the manager that approached me but doubt that is her real name since she was real unprofessional.

Lol they matching the prices of online Sony store hahaha they tweaking 30 bucks for bo3 came out 2016 I rather buy it on the PlayStation store so y'all can go out of business faster ! Don’t believe the reviews on here . The employees make them their selves for bonuses while their failing store has no business…. What kind of a business doesn’t open tell 12 noon !! Absolutely ridiculous for a store that likes to steal from people and will soon go out of business they sure don’t know how to treat the very few customers they actually have left !!! Don’t go here don’t waste your money here don’t support these cheap crooks that enjoy ripping people off … soon GameStop will be in the trash where it belongs
