Michelle in the customer service area made my home depot trip a breeze. I avoid coming into home depot's because i'm always so lost but she was very attentive & very informative. I was very pleased with how easy & quick she made my return, thank you Michelle!!

I have been coming to this store for years, never had any complaints until today 10/3/23. All of my year's shopping at Home Depot, I have never had to use the restroom until today.......I didn't even know we're the restrooms were. I walked into the store around 3pm and asked customer service were are the restrooms, she said isle 25. I made my way to the restroom and literally as I walk in two loss prevention clowns walked in 2 seconds behind me, if they made themselves anymore obvious they would have had name tags that said loss prevention. One comes to the stall next to me and literally unzipped his pants then zipped them back up. The other one acts like he washing his hands, I guess once they seen that nothing was going on they vanished. When I walked out the restroom, they we're nowhere to be found. After I payed for my item I asked for a manager, I didn't get his name but he was respectful. I told him what happened, and I informed him the next time this happens it's going to be an issue because I'm not going to hold my tongue. The manager listened, and apologized. This behavior is beyond unprofessional, and to be honest Home Depot you need to roll back that video and fire those two clowns. They are a bad representation for that store and home depot in general.........not to mention that kind of behavior makes them a liability. Home Depot if you keep those two clowns on, mark my words your gonna be dealing with a lawsuit soon enough.

Manager is awesome with his customer service, I called 20 mins before closing to look for a specific item and the patience and kindness he had worked so well. Purchased my work item with excitement, off to work in the morning with triple digits all weekend. Thanks Rialto Home Depot for caring

Well Home Depot or as you will now be referred to as Downmarket Depot, yeah that's right that is your new name so live with it. As you can tell I am massively POd at this place. It was bad enough that I and sometimes my husband would be treated in a hugely disrespectful way inside the stores in this area Fontana/Rialto. I would speak to the store Manager about their rude ( even racist, I am a caucasion woman my husband was Hispanic) employees but fat lot of good that does! My husband just passed away a few months ago so I am battling a very bad ant problem by myself here at my house. So, not being able to go inside your hideous little stores because of your rude employees I order online. What an incredibly bad week I have had because of your incompetent business. I ordered ant spray on July 15th that was promised to be delivered to me by Mon the 17th then it was changed to Tues. the 18th and then it was supposed to be delivered Wed , the 19th and then it was Thurs. the the 20th and after calling customer service four times this week it was promised to me at 7pm Fri the 21st but oh no then tey changed it to Sat , the 22nd. REALLY! I called and cancelled the order after being jerked around all week and have ordered from LOWES! So, Downmarket Depot your sucky business practices and horrible employees have seen the last of me!

This place really sucks because when you ask for help no one is around you ask customers service and supposedly they call someone and I've been waiting for more then 15 min. I don't like Lowe's but there is always someone to help

this Home Depot has some of the worst customer service. I came to return some stuff that was leftover from my bathroom being remodeled. The person at the return Josie was very very rude. She kept talking over me and my mother. Was very blunt and had an attitude for any question I asked. She had told me very rudely that I would get returned $200 on a store credit since I didn't have the receipt. When I went to go purchase new items I needed the store credit card she gave me only had $30. I asked the cashier there and she said if I returned items they would go back on the visa I used. Which was the total opposite of what Josie told me. Thankfully Adrina and another women at the checkout were very helpful when I asked questions about the whole store credit thing unlike Josie.

I am a borderline homeless veteran of the United States Navy I have had a rough year where I was robbed of my catalytic converter on my Tacoma 2 times last year WHILE I WAS AT WORK and got fired when I asked to help my insurance deductible. I started my own handyman business because I refuse to work for any companies anymore. Anyway. I am broke as a joke now (no money in the bank) I came in today to make a purchase for a project. To get paid again. I had enough to cover to purchase before tax. I asked the young lady helping at self check out to help me (bcs my phone is disconnected and WIFI ONLY) To please verify my veterans discount (which takes off the tax) and she refused because she said it had to be verified electronically. I politely asked to speak to a manager, IT TOOK OVER 30 mins for a manger to show up to the self checkout!!! (I put them on a timer) which she also responded that she could not help me verify my veterans discount with my California ID. She proceeded to embarrass me and make me swipe my debit card, which has no funds in it as I mentioned to her numerous times. All this could've been fixed if she would've just verified my state ID (with veterans stamp on it) and not embarrass me by making me swipe my debit card with no funds in it. I had to explain to her that not all veterans are well off and can stay connected to the internet all day and I haven't been able to log onto their website and verify myself smh, this country is discriminatory against VETERANS like the rest of the state and federal government. She could have just looked at my state ID (w vet stamp) and not embarrassed me. HOME DEPOT DISCRIMINATES VETERANS SMH ALL THIS FOR 55¢ of sales tax, PROTECT OUR VETS SEND THEM HOME

Elizabeth does not listen to her customer. Told her I needed an electric dryer. She rang it as a gas dryer. Being in a wheelchair I couldn't check the receipt until the charge went thru. Paged for JR, mgr, who told me "she knows what she's doing" and left. She processed the refund and rang new charge for an electric dryer but forgot to add haul away old dryer. Now there are Alex and 2 others trying to fix this mess. RJ comes back and this time, stays until sale is complete. Listen people!I was in the other day and asked for a closet light, to which the salesperson asked "what's a closet light?"

Just want to give a huge shout out at the top of lungs to SNYDER. this young gentleman stopped what he was doing outside pushing carts in because he noticed i didn't have an umbrella and personally walked me in using his umbrella. i have never seen such pure chivalry and respect in a really long time and just want him to know how appreciative i am of him!! Thank you so much

I HAVE TO PUT A RATING BUT I GIVE THIS STORE 0 stars out of 5. VERY BAD SERVICE when we tried to ask for help multiple times employees laughed and said they didn't know what to do or how to help. Even the manager said that they did know what to do about the employees behavior, I felt very disrespected and disappointed with the individuals who helped us today

Worst store out there. Placed in order because it was available online an hour later they cancel my order when I tried to check the status. Instead of calling me and telling me they don't have it they cancelled it, wasted 2 hours of my time and then forced me to wait 3-5 days for a refund on top of that asking me if I want to drive to another store and pay out of pocket again. You need qualified people working for your establishment. Clearly there is a lack of reason, quality, customer service, common sense at this establishment. I would have called the customer and let them know not just cancel their order. I would have created an up sale or find a similar product instead of wasting valuable time.

i come to this location about once a week sometimes i need wire and i wait 20min for someone to cut a custom length sometimes i just need some window blinds cut and i wait half an hour for someone to come help me with that other times i'll come pickup something that is in stock online but really the system is wrong and they're completely out even though i live a block away, if i wanna guarantee i get what i need i drive out to the North fontana location because this one is run by morons

DISCRIMINATORY I had my husband go to get something to fix our air while I stayed home with our newborn child and gave him a couple 20s and they really thought they were counterfeit and had cops come to look at them (turns out they were real just old, SHOCKING) and made him come home late so thanks for making our baby not have AC for longer

So today I went in because I was told my order had been canceled without me knowing the day before my delivery date and after talking with the manager I was told they will not be able to honor the price I had purchased the appliances for so I would have to pay 500 dollars more for less appliances that I had originally purchased keep in mind I had paid 2 months for these appliances and had to wait in line to get my refund and while waiting in line they kept helping other people behind me felt so unappreciated and humiliated

No one is ever friendly when I come to spend my money ?. Danetrias was even extremely rude to me yet nicer to the person in front of me.
