A business promoting health and selling supplements and items for this should not have a sick person working the store. She was wiping her nose with a crumpled tissue & sniffling, admitted she was sick. I was disgusted.

Came here at 7:20 before closing the lady working had the door locked and put a " on lunch " sign on the door. Whatever I understand take your break. What threw me off is after her 30 minute lunch and opens at 7:50 PM she proceeded to let me and everyone else waiting "we close in 5 minutes" "please hurry up "No wonder this place got no stars. The owner of this place must really not care about his money.

I tried to order online and pick up in store my vitamins I use, but it kept saying one of my items was not available. At the time it was showing I could get BOGO 50% on my items and was excited but could not proceed with my online in store pick up order. So I decided to go to the store and purchase the other items instead, but when I get there the associate stated it was in stock and provided my missing item to me. I then asked if I could still get the BOGO 50% he said he could not honor it because 1. he could not update his inventory online and 2. The discount was no longer available. I clearly showed him it is via phone and still refused. I contacted customer service after to have them honor the discount and they refused as well. They stated that discount was no longer available, even though it was showing on their webslite. How is that possible, when I clearly explained I am online trying to check out and it is giving me the discount, but does not let me pick up in store since the Rialto store inventory is not up-to-date. Definitely false advertisement! I also have snapchat pictures of the online clearly giving me the discount. Never shipping there again!

Horrible experience. I walked in 45 min before closing time, store was empty. As I walked in to the store the cashier (male) asked me if I needed assistance, I responded " I just need preworkout" as I begin to walk over he replied, " we are out of ghost" "Do you know when you will restock" I replied."no we might have some in those boxes but I don't know you might want to check in tomorrow". What kind of response is that, he didn't even provide me options or check to see if it's in the boxes. I was so annoyed there was no one in the store and he was just standing there. He wasted my time.

It's not like me to give bad reviews but after today I need to. I went in to buy my products, whatever everything's cool at this point. It was not until I checked out that the Asian cashier (male) with the 2013 Justin Bieber haircut, I didn't get his name, obviously hates his job and has terrible customer service. I extend my hand to receive my change and instead it was thrown onto the counter. Every single time I've gone in and he's there he is always rude and acts like he hates his job. If you don't like your job, find another. If I could give him a 0 rating I would, but I can't.

Went into GNC several times they only carry the lowest form of Magnesium which is citrate! The works are nice buy not knowledgeable!!!

Update your employee procedures by placing a sign indicating that you are closed for lunch during store hours. Never been to a retail shop that closes for lunch! Also, I waited about 30 mins for the employee to return only to be told they don’t carry what I was looking for in bulk. Called The Vitamin Shoppe and sure enough they had what I was looking for and they never close for lunch. Definitely never going into a GNC again.

Some of the worst service I've ever seen in my life. This girl didnt look up from her phone when I came in, gave me a dirty look when I passed by her, and just went right back to her phone. I was in there for 5 minutes with no idea really what I was doing tbh, but I was willing to spend what I needed to get the supplements I would need I just needed a bit of guidance. Terrible business I'm surprised it's still open. I ended up just leaving and going online. What's the point of paying the prices some of these retail stores ask for if you're not going to give me service? Sad thing is I was willing to pay more, I just wanted some help.

I came in here to get something quick. The two guys at the counter didn't even notice and kept talking. No customer service at all. They both are unprofessional talking loudly about someone being on their period. Anyways got my stuff and got it checked out. But because they had the stupid card reader and their sign was a stupid post it note I didn't know I had to wait. The idiot goes and talk to his buddy about how people don't see the sign and how they should read. The sign is crap just like their customer service here. Next time I'll save the hassle and order it on Amazon.
