The Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center on Baseline in Rialto is a great store, described as the best Goodwill and full of gems. It is well put together, though quite hidden in a large strip mall. Shoppers find a lot of great stuff, including items for the kitchen, new bed sheet sets, new area rugs, and good looking clothes in larger sizes. The inventory moves quickly, so if you see something you like, grab it because it will not be there the next day. The store receives consistent praise for its wonderful customer service. Employees are repeatedly noted as really friendly, helpful, respectful, professional, and caring, making the shopping and donation experience pleasant and easy. Specific associates and supervisors are highlighted for their awesome attitude, kindness, and for providing a warm welcome, though no personal names are included here for privacy. The staff helps with unloading donations and ensures a positive experience. While the store only has a handful of shopping carts, customers find it easy to return to once located.
Though Goodwill prices aren't as good as they used to be, this store has a decent variety of items from which to choose.
