worst place to buy. They fraud with your merchandise and they know how to steal from customers, they say they are going to call you and they never communicate with you. I do not recommend this place to buy. After a year I am still waiting for the call from the area manager. I returned some tennis shoes and they told me that the return was done and I never received my money. They still had the nerve to tell me that the person who issued that refund no longer worked there.

Poor customer service. Never have the sports equipment needed for seasonal sports. Lack of attention to customers and all around worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

I love this store they have all the name brand clothes and shoes and many more!!! The sales associates are very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect outfits for my finance. I love going here because it’s close to home and I don’t have to deal with a busy mall.

I usually make my purchases online but it went well In store . Sometimes they have things in stock when Nike doesn’t which is a plus .

Very helpful Staff, was greeted by each and one of them the moment I walked in?? Also want to Thanks Betza for helping me and my family out and being on top of everything, she also offer to order the shoes for us since they didn’t have them in the size I was looking for in store. I thank her for offering that, now days store don’t offer that and they just say they don’t have them, which is why I will come back and shop with Hibbett Rialto thank you for helping and having patient.
