At the office, I wait by the window 10 minute the guy Keep talking to each other and laugh don’t care about drivers..

according to my experience workers here are unprofessional and very rude and taking 6-8 hours to load and more worst things is when they load is done they took 1 hour and half to give me the paper work.

Easier to come into in evening, loads Can be heavy, however there is a C.A.T scale nearby if there is a concern

My appointment was at 2 o'clock. I reached here at 2:20 because it was raining heavily and the road was closed due to flood. They gave me door at 2:40 and started my loading at 4:30 . and half an hour later a pallet is loaded and I have no idea how long it will take to finish loading. Now its 7pm ??????????

Not a good experience here. Checked in early for 1400 appt. Told to park on street til 1300, no problem. Checked in 1300, given a doorbut informed they wouldn't load til 1400. Checked in at shipping office 1415, told they would start shortly, but it'd take 2 hours. Now 1430 nomovement yet. Hope your luck here is better than mine. Gave em 2 stars for a clean facility and clean restroom, but nothing good to say about their operations.

Girl at the guard shack friendly and fast to check in. Drop and hook really fast process.

It takes too long to check in on weekdays. It’s Ridiculously slow and they have you check in twice, once at the guard shack and then inside the warehouse.
