I went to the Rialto location to have my tire inspected. I bought my totes brand new from Les Schwab Fontana about 6 months ago, I was near the Rialto location at the time when my tire was showing low on the dashboard. So I went there. They said they’d check my tires and Rotate them as well. I spent 3 hours there, they called me about 2 times while there to ask if I wanted to do my brakes because they were bad, and to rescale my tires since they needed it too. I declined both because I didn’t have any more time. Finally got my car and I went on my way. About 4 hours later the same tire I complained about was showing low again. Well how could that be, if they rotated them? When I called she claimed they did, well they didn’t, took my car back to Les Schwab in Fontana and they fixed it, there was a nail!!! Imagine if something happened to me while driving like it blew or something. DO NOT GO TO LES SCHWAB IN RIALTO!!!!

I am really happy after what happened, i git new tires and chrome wheels after this wind shield wipers replaced well the technician accidentally cracked it!but the Mgr Brent saw a crack and he told me no problem kept his promises and they did write me a check for over $1,200.00a week later a Big Thank you Les Schwab! i will tell my friends to shop at this location 10 stars!

Great service, honest and fair. I was quoted a lot more for the same work, so my suggestion would be to get three estimates and check the reviews. I do, and I believe I'm able to make better choices because of it.

This is a place I will never do business with again not Honest no integrity. Didn't fix my initial issue so I had to go back. Then I was told sorry we missed it, this cost me over a thousand dollars. I think they took advantage of me. If I could give lower than one star I would.

Les Schwab in Rialto is great! Very nice and helpful staff. I recommend them to everyone!I went in because one of my tires showed low. They took extra effort to make sure it was just low.

The last 2 times of me going trying to get tire repair they COULDN'T/WOULDN'T do it they give out insane quotes an recommendations ($800-$2800) for tires, parts & repairs they do use the intimidation method with customers an can be lazy towards the middle/end of the day so come early an be prepared to wait so sad.

I've been reading the reviews for this company and i came across one that I see the most. I purchased 4 brand new tires I was told I would get a free alignment once I paid they installed the tires and I was told I need my low ball joints and arms replaced therefore they couldn't complete the alignment which I seen in all the reviews here bringing a total of $700 plus on top of the $1800 from the tires. I went to my mechanic to get the parts replaced and my mechanic inspected it and it did NOT needed a replacement also I was told I needed new front brakes and new discs for another $700 plus I did my brake change and when I took out the pad we're basically brand new still .. I would avoid all other repairs in these locations just get your tires I have nothing to complain about the tires or how smooth they are but I think lying about NEEDs that you don't actually need is not good for the business.

I came without an appointment to have someone check my car because I didn't know if it overheated or maybe had some other problem. Was greeted by Eric and Brenton right off the bat. They are very friendly and took my vehicle to check it over for me. After they checked for anything wrong, Brenton came back to explain quite clearly that nothing was wrong and then explained to me why my car notified me about my coolant being overheated. He explained to me so well that I came out with complete understanding of the situation and I truly walked out of there with a smile on my face. Didn't charge me for the inspection and did everything they could to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive. Didn't take long at all. Will definitely come back again.

Would have been 5 stars except for one disappointment. Always check your bill to see if it matches the quote! They're sneaky!I was initially very pleased with my experience at Les Schwab. The manager happened to be on duty and he gave excellent service. Was polite and to the point with his recommendations. I especially appreciated that he showed me the tire damage on my car to explain why I needed new tires. I appreciated his transparency and he even recommended I postpone some service that wasn't urgent to a later date. He explained each price quote to me and helped me to select the best option for my situation.However, I was displeased that the final price I paid was different from what I was quoted. And it wasn't because tax was more than expected. Upon investigating the bill, it turns out Les Schwab installed a new set of windshield wipers without telling me and tacked on about $60 to the final bill. I probably needed the windshield wipers and wasn't going to go through the extra hassle of getting the wipers off and then buying and installing my own. But to not even tell me or offer to sell me the wipers? To just install them without asking and sneak it onto the bill, even though we didn't talk about it and that's not what I was quoted? That wasn't cool, and it matches the stereotype of these auto repair businesses being shady and taking advantage of their expertise to exploit the customer.

Justin [West Broadway store] saved me a lot of trouble when he figured out how to get my new RAV4 Hybrid computer to recognize the sensors on my new snow tires [on their own wheels]. The Toyota dealership had no idea how to turn off the "low tire" warning light and said I would have to make an appointment twice a year when I changed out tires and wheels so their system could recognize the different sensors. Justin researched the problem and was able to resolve it. He said he'd let other tire shops know the solution as they all were having problems with the Hybrid. He went out of his way very cheerfully and reinforced how much I appreciate Les Schwab.

We stopped in as a precaution for making our trip back home with the uncertainty if we were to hit "bad" roads. So thankful this place had some! We did make back safely to Oregon.
