“i want to write a deeply grateful thank-you to Mr. hector martinez, home care equipment specialist, and also thank Diamond for the sincere care I received from him. hector took time to help me. I was feeling so down. there are no words to explain the despair of being diagnosed. worse, feeling alone. I stay to myself and keep inside myself, but he reached out to me and gave me hope. and for that I will always be thankful to him. he set up all the medical equipment and patiently made sure my caregiver and I fully understood the correct way to operate them. he emphasized that if we ever needed any help whatsoever, don't hesitate to call him. when I have called, he has consistently proven himself reliable, reassuring me. I think of when I was feeling hopeless and he spoke to me with authority and insight. he said he has seen many people who've been healed. he gave me hope. I would like to request that only hector martinez come to my home. I have every confidence in his professionalism and dependability.he knows his business and what he's doing, and always with sincere care. there was some guy that made a delivery last time who didn't show up for two days. I was told that he would be here the next day after I called, but he never arrived. nor did I receive a phone call, even though I sat here and waited. when he did get here I asked for help on one of the machines and he seemed not to be interested at all, instead he was in a hurry to leave. anyway, with what i've seen, I believe that hector martinez is the strength of your company. I think he's one of those very rare human beings with intelligence and sensitivity; he should be running the company. and I really believe that. you have a gold mine in him.”

“Ok, yes, this place is in a rough neighborhood. I wouldnt go in there in the evening and you still have to be cautious in the day. But - they do deliver! The staff are fantastic. Very friendly, always helpful. They are rarely out of any of my medications (unlike my last pharmacy) and if they are out, they usually have it next business day. A diamond in the rough!”
