“As soon as my son and I walked in, all staff were very welcoming.We were immediately greeted by Johnny, he was very nice.William also, greeted me to let me know if my son needed a dressing room let him knowAt check out Sydney (I believe he was the Supervisor) asked, “How was my visit? And did all staff ensure we were taken care of”All around great customer service! I will definitely be back.I have been at this store many times, and this was the first time that I actually felt welcomed.If Sydney is the supervisor, he is doing a great job ?? with improvement.”
“Back to school shopping with the twins was a breeze thanks to Old Navy. They had some great dales and a nice selection of jeans, pants, and shorts. My girls found exactly what they wanted and then some. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lady working the changing rooms. The store is super clean and @ the perfect temperature especially during this IE heat. My only complaint is that they don't have a great selection of young ladies/women's shirts. They had a lot of bodysuits and super frilly shirts. My girls really didn't dig em. So they only got jeans, pants, and shorts. Overall Old Navy was great experience and we picked up some great finds for the new school year! I definitely recommend coming by and checking them out.”
