I went to the Metro store and my representative Destiny had excellent knowledge and service skills. She gave me professional and great ? service. She also was able to reduce my bill. The employee game was awesome and he want to get rid of these two Samsung and he made a good deal really nice phone and he says that if I have any problems in signing a Google he will help me with that that was very full of him for doing that very cool employee great service!! :)

Arrived at 6:45 and the doors were locked already I’m pretty sure the sign says closed till 7pm. This is false information on store hours.

This place is just around the corner from where I have my first job during the day. I rated 5 stars thou I only been there twice. The service was great.My ratings of 2 stars is for the entire company because the contract I signed said unlimited data and if the companies has a different meaning for unlimited it has to share it with the rest of the world. They had lost a court case already where they paid millions of dollars for the thing they are doing again.They are slowing down your data claiming that you have used too much data. No no and no. I don't care how much data I used you can not slow down my data just so I be force to upgrade to pay more. Make sure the company reads this. Thank you. Unlimited please see definition for this word.Court Said you can't do that. False advertising.

I went in recently and Yolanda helped me switched over to T-Mobile from ATT. She was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I didn't have to wait I was in and out in no time. Thank you!

T-Mobile is awesome I I switched from ATT and my husband switched from sprint and we are both very happy and satisfied. We saved money from the switch with the free Netflix also we use hotspot for our streaming so we don't have to pay for internet. We get great signal the call quality is perfect. Norma was very nice and helpful excellent customer service. Thank you T-Mobile
