“Walked into this store and boy was it nice and clean and felt very welcome as I walked into the store. Vinny the manager helped me out and was very satisfied with his customer service I had a great experience and I will sure be coming back to see him.”
“Chris is absolutely wonderful in EVERY way! He is polite, knowledgeable and caring. Fixing my phone was seemed so easy for him, like he was making a sandwich. He had me in and out in no time! I high recommend seeing him FIRST for all your cellphone and laptop needs.”
“I called in to Hugo and he was very polite as well as knowledgeable about his craft. I went in with a broken laptop and even though he did mentioned that it would take a day to return it back to me because how busy he was, I did get it back sooner than expected; just over an hour. Thanks Hugo”
“Dax went above and beyond for me, I went in to get my mother a phone. My mother is a older lady and Dax set up her phone and entered emergency numbers for her. I felt her kindness in careing for her customers. She was so patient and explained everything and wrote down all her information for her, so it would be easier for her to understand. My mother went in there a few days later, and they even connected her phone to her car. I have to say this is the best example of Customer Care I have ever seen. I will even be back soon to get my new iPhone 18.”

“Dax was absolutely professional, alone to attend everyone and did so making everyone feel like they were being attended. I admire her effort and how well she handled the situation. We definitely need more people like Dax. And to Dax thank you so much for your help.”

“I had such a good experience at this AT&T store, all thanks to Yesenia. She was super helpful from the start and got things moving right away, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how fast and on top of everything she was without making me feel rushed. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, customer service like that is hard to find. If you go in, definitely ask for Yesenia!”
