Review simply regarding online ordering. Don’t do it at this location. I don’t know if policies changed because i used to online order and pick up here prior and it was organized so that you would enter ask an associate and they would pull your order so you didn’t have to wait in long lines since you already paid. Not anymore. Other locations have the designated online pick up areas with associates assigned to do just that. Here You have to wait in the long lines. This is no longer a method to save time and pointless if you still have to wait in the lines like those who haven’t already paid. There were also plenty associates on the floor tasking to grab the item and I asked who looked to be the lead at the time because she pulled someone who left unhappy to go to the register and help.

Store is great, but staff was disappointing. Not so much all the staff but the manager lacked customer service skills, very short and rude. Literally just came from Ulta next door before walking in there, it was like night and day, take some notes from the Ulta staff on customer service because they're doing it right.

This store is not austim or adhd freindly. They music way to loud and they have it speed up. This cause over stimulation for anyone with these issuse. Please do better for adults and parents with kids so we can enjoy your store too.

Rude and obnoxiously loud cashier and assistant manager. The cashier claimed to be “one of the managers on duty” but her name tags said otherwise. Her hands started to physically shake and voice squeaky and stuttering when asked a simple clarifying question…are you really a manager or claiming to be one?
