As a longtime member of our vibrant community, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Pilot and offer a constructive suggestion based on a recent experience. I live nearby and decided to check out the store. During my visit, I witnessed an interaction that highlighted a significant area for improvement. Two customers, both Latino males, were attempting to set up a rewards card but faced difficulties due to a language barrier. The cashier, a young, white female, seemed to struggle with providing adequate customer service, particularly in explaining the email requirements for the rewards card. Observing this, and with my own background in customer service, I stepped in to assist, recognizing the importance of patience and effective communication with customers who are not native English speakers. However, the situation escalated when the cashier dismissed herself from the interaction, making an unwarranted judgment about my assistance. This incident was further compounded by the store's lack of open registers, despite the availability of self-checkouts, indicating a disregard for customers who prefer traditional checkout methods. In a community where Spanish is widely spoken, it is crucial for a store like Pilot to have at least one Spanish-speaking staff member available to assist customers. The lack of such support not only hinders the customer service experience but also risks making non-English speaking customers feel undervalued and embarrassed. I sincerely hope Pilot takes this feedback to heart and works towards creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers, especially those facing language barriers. It's essential for the store to improve its customer service to ensure a positive experience for everyone, including our trucker community.

This review is actually for the Arbys inside the truck stop. Walked in and walked out ended up at the Subway across the street. There was already 5 people waiting. Walked up to the counter. The employee did not even acknowledge us. Not sure I would try again.

Right off the freeway. Easy access. Convenience store with a bit of everything. (Like an Am/Pm crossed with RadioShack ) There are Cinnabons. There’s an Arby’s. Also other hot food such as pizza. Location has showers.

I stopped in at this pilot truck stop to use the restroom and grab a bite. I bought a small salad. I ask the clerk for a couple of packets of ranch dressing. They were not even cold. The fridge they ate kept in is not even on. I sat down and was eating my salad with no dressing and all of a sudden, this guy is blowing trash, dirt and dust into the small food eating area from behind the bar counter with a battery operated, handheld blower. Hair and dust all over the service counters onto the napkins. Just everywhere. He called out a young kid, his manager I suppose, and I let him know that using a blower instead of a dust mop was unsanitary and against the law seeing this was a restaurant as well as a store. If this place has not been inspected yet, then it needs to be. I trusted it to be a good place safe to eat. Now I don't know where or what the food would have in it. Be careful of what you eat if you aver stop at this location. PILOT TRUCJK STOP, off the 210, in Rialto, California.

Yes I’m a little upset, This is a newer location and already going down hill fast, While I respect the fact that you have a person keeping an eye for dropped trailers, I don’t appreciate this person throwing there warning back label as trash in my trailer, plus a coward towing company who doesn’t have the balls to put there name on the warning, threatening to tow at 3:00pm, guess what know one around. I paid 42 dollars to park, not to mention the trucks and trailer blocking both sides of the pumps and scale, I would think this was more of a fire hazard than my trailer dropped in a paid parking area, I didn’t see any green warning labels left on any windshields for those day cab trucks parked all weekend unattended, plus all the trash behind the parking spaces, where is the person watching for people throwing trash and pallets, know where to be found, but mess with the drivers paying you for a parking spot, I see the priorities.

there is a random guy who has a tow truck going around trying to take bobtails if you are parked in the front near the Arby’s. even though a bobtail can take one parking space just like a car… And there are no signs that say the front parking is just for cars… the pilot is still letting it happen and has stated on the phone the front is not for bobtails…. MEANWHILE… there are all these cars and vans and campers parked in the trucker spots in the back. ??!? Um…truckers are the reason there is even a business here… I guarantee you there are more truckers eating at the Arby’s then the people who happen to live 10 miles out….but OK, great business decision to run the truckers away. smh. this is why some truckstops fail and have to close. If you are at the location for a 10 or for overnight… I would highly recommend never leaving your truck If you still choose to park upfront. Beware

This place is much more than a gas station. It had plenty of gas pumps by the way, but when you go inside there are so many food and drink options that it makes it so convenient. They even sell Cinabons, and they have an Arby's inside as well. And they have a dining area with plenty of tables. They have a few self check out cash registers and you can even pay for your gas there, which is super convenient. Just don't forget what pump you parked at. Lol

I asked for change to do the laundry and Hispanic manager told me that they don’t give out coins. That’s manager. Service slow. She had a look on her face like she was bothered with having to do her job.

Great spot for a Truck Stop that just opened up last month. The Showers are nice and clean. The staff is great. There’s a Arby’s here too. I tried it and it was really good. The Truck Parking is a Little far to the actual Location but it’s worth it. There’s like 18 pumps I think it’s like 12 for cars and like 5 or 6 for Trucks. Not too sure. There’s a lot of car parking. North of Alder off the 210. Everything is brand new. Enjoy !
