Have been trying for over a month to get credit for a lock that you have to buy when you rent, for 21.54, I used my own, so way is it so difficult to get my money back, I feel I though I’m getting the run around by the staff. She said come back Saturday she will have cash for me we will see if that happens. I will update when that happens.
