My sister and I went to get a pedicure and manicure together. The toes were fine but my sister got acrylic nails and they were HORRIBLE. The nails were all different sizes, super chunky, and very uneven. My sister expressed MULTIPLE times during the process that she didn’t like her nails and wanted him to fix them and he didn’t. Eventually she told the owner calmly just to be met with even more rudeness. She “fixed” them by just painting over them and saying “it’s fixed” when it wasn’t doing anything. The owner and the man there are extremely rude, very unprofessional, and their work was terrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I went there 2 weeks ago I did a walked in they sat me on a spot and had a guy old guy do my nail since the begging I didn’t like him he was rude and did a bad job and on the side I got infected with herpes my nails and finger are swollen and they hurt with a lot of little blisters….I don’t think they should used the same nail brush for every body that’s not safe. And also they should be careful how they do their job

Dalena and Amy, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your salon. I felt disrespected and mistreated, particularly since I had brought my daughter in for a nail appointment. It seemed like you were upset with me because my sister had been unhappy with her nails the day before. I chose not to confront you at the time because I didn't want to embarrass my daughter. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer be a customer at your salon. I’m sure you it doesn’t affect you! But you need to take accountability of your actions. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS!

Came here once. I have not had a pedicure in years. I had forgotten what to expect. I took too long deciding whether I should post this or not.
They assigned me a seat & I go sit. The girl got some water ready. Kept walking back & forth grabbing what she needed. She took longer this time & I’m there waiting. She never told me to put my feet inside. I know that you’re supposed to… I assumed she’d let me know when to put my feet in. She then comes after a while & doesn’t saying anything but makes a face. She starts talking to the worker next to her in their language & they started laughing. I could tell they were laughing at me because they kept looking at me saying the same thing. She told me I had to put it my feet. I put them in & she took them out quick, started doing her job. She couldn’t stop laughing with the worker. I could hear them saying the same words again really loud so all the staff could hear too. When they calmed down.. I told her I haven’t gotten a pedicure in years. She just smiled & looked a different way.
I wanted a nice self care day & they made me feel embarrassed.

My Freind Kat referred me and this lady named Cathy is doing my nails she's pretty good and very nice,first time here it's a weekday so it's not slammed , thanku Cathy.i give 5 stars.

They do great nails I only go to Kevin he's amazing he knows the colors I love and shape and length his wife daylane is very cheerful as he is also pedicure are done well the older lady always does mine and she does a great job highly recommended them

The team at the establishment appeared to be engaging in unprofessional behavior. Upon arriving for a pedicure, I observed five team members playing cards instead of attending to business. Despite one individual acknowledging my presence, they continued playing cards without addressing my reason for being there. This lack of attention to customer service is concerning and reflects poorly on the business's professionalism.

I've been been a Rialto Tech Nails customer since 1994. The owners (Ms. D and Mr. K) are great.. Great service, Great Team of Nail Techs. You "For sure" will walk out of Rialto Tech Nails Happy after your nails and feet are done.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon. I waited about 45minutes before I was serviced. I got a gel manicure that was pretty well done. The place looked a little cluttered but overall clean. I think I will be coming back and next time make an appointment ahead of time.
