It is not gay friendly, I visited the Arcade on Mar/23 on two different days and all the saleswomen spend their time harassing you so that you leave as quickly as possible, booths are dirty and several do not work, to use the bathroom you have to go out to the area sales and ask to borrow the key, which they give you reluctantly, if you happen to pause a video to check networks or make calls, they immediately come in and yell at you to turn it over or they will take you out of the place.
Zero recommended.

Went in today. Staff was very helpful. The store was clean. The staff was very informational and the store had everything I needed. Overall, I give it at eight out of 10 experience.
