Sally Beauty is a store with great customer service and very friendly workers who help customers find what they are looking for. Staff members are incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and feedback on options like hair color. Their kindness and expertise make the store stand out and can completely make a customer's day. The store aisles are noted as being a little thin, but the excellent service and helpful employees make this location a favorite.
Went inside trying to buy some shampoo and they told me they didn’t carry that brand there.

Workers are very friendly and actually help you find whatever it is that you're looking for. The isles are a little bit thin since I'm in a wheelchair but other than that the store and all the other Sally's stores have great customer service.
