I had a poor experience at this Spectrum location. The representative, Ashley, did not greet me politely or make eye contact during our interaction. When I asked her to repeat the devices I was taking before signing the agreement, she seemed annoyed and uninterested. Her attitude came across as miserable, and she didn’t appear to take pride in her work or represent the company in a professional manner. I expected better customer service from Spectrum, especially when signing a new agreement. I’m not asking for an apology, but I do hope Spectrum improves their customer service and professionalism.

The 2 female employees that I had interacted with were super rude.
First time in the store, wasn’t aware that you had to sign in. Kiosk was all the way on the left and all registers were on the right so naturally I went to the registers. I waited off to the side for a bit and when the worker spoke to me she was very rude asking if I had signed in and that she would not be able to help as she was busy. Another worker told me she’d be able to help and then berated me that I had to sign in. The entire time I waited not once did someone prompt me to sign in. The worker also lied and said that I needed my wife’s physical ID to return the device as they needed to scan it. The account was under my wife’s name. My wife came in and only had a picture of her ID and they returned it just fine.

Hello, I’m giving this store one star because I went there yesterday on September 4, 2025 to go pay my spectrum bill. I had made it there before the store had open but they did not open the store until 10 to 15 minutes later I told all those ladies in the store That I didn’t want to help and that it was very rude and unprofessional to not have you guys’s store open when it has Clear business hours on the Front door then the kiosk machine wasn’t working. What is the purpose of having it There, if you guys are not gonna fix it. I felt like one of the ladies were being rude and being a smart ass. I had to refrain myself from cussing her out. I do not like this store because they were trying to be funny and they’re just unprofessional. I will be contacting spectrum corporate office to report this store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ANA. I went in to return my old modem and router because I had received a new set days ago. Also went in to get the 1 GB of internet speed (upgrade) and the TV channels upgrade. Ana said the fresh modem and router I had gotten was going to be enough for the requested speed. It was a lie. After being there for over 30 minutes, everything was “set”. Turns out I never got the upgrade and I am overpaying services. I am still at 600 mbps and no channels were added to my plan. Horrible service and horrible customer service. Never going back there.

I was given the wrong phone. I walked in there and asked for the s25 Ultra and what colors they had. The employee said let me pull up your account. Then went to the back and checked then said she had another color it wasn't the phantom black. I said ok. I paid for the equipment she got then she opened the box and programmed it. In the way home I realized I didn't get a receipt. Then when I got home I realized she gave me the wrong model phone. She should have verified with me once again before I paid and before she opened it and took off the screen sticker. Im contacting corporate and higher people if this doesn't get settled when I go back

We had a very disappointing experience with a Spectrum worker named Ashley. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the situation more frustrating instead of helping. Definitely not the kind of customer service we expected. This was Thursday 06/28

No greeting. 4 associates 2 customers waiting. I’m 2nd on the list. I’m waiting 20 mins for an equipment exchange. 1 associate who was dancing around making silly faces with his employees eventually tells everyone bye and leaves. How about you not have clocked out or about to be clocked out associated on the sales floor? When I’m called up the lady immediately says they don’t have equipment to exchange seeing as I’m holding a modem. I ask, well why didn’t you tell me this 20 mins? No response… I ask her to find out if a local store had one. I’m told they don’t communicate with other stores. I speak to her manager. Tell him she’s rude and cold and if everyone saw me standing there with a modem for 20 mins knowing you didn’t have any to perhaps tell me so I could leave. Instead, Humberto I believe was his name, was unprofessional and a complete joke of a manager giving me no solutions and shrugging me off with a rude smug look on his face. Told him I’d leave a review and contact his store/district manager and I’ll do just that. I’ve been a store manager for Sprint/AT&T for over 15 years of my life. Trust me when I say this is horrific customer service and I’d recommend deep training or termination. There’s no way I’m allowing my staff to not greet guests as they enter the store. Especially for this exact reason. They couldn’t help me so instead of me waiting in frustration this could have been avoided. I then drove over, with minutes to spare before they closed, to the one off Sierra in Fontana and was greeted immediately informed to sign in and I was assisted immediately after. The associate was friendly despite hearing I was frustrated with the Rialto store. Got my modem swapped out and left. Night and day customer service difference.

Horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers. I am going through a financial hardship and keep in mind my bill was only 40 dollars overdue and they could not even help me with getting a small extension saying everything is automated in their system they can’t do anything, so then why have people working In customer service if they can’t HELP! And the only way you can get help with your bill is if you lose your job! Lastly the supervisor Betty was awful no help at all either I tried asking for any resources or just any information to help my situation and she had nothing helpful to say.

From the moment I walked in Ashley was hiding behind the computer, She was not very welcoming. If she is new she needs ALOT more training on her Customer Service skills. When asked what her name was she said she doesn’t have to give her name. While everyone else on the floor has their names clearly on their NAME badges. Not wanting to give your name to a customer of spectrum, after seeing my Identification card and knowing my information after I input my personal Social Security number seems like you know you were rude from the start. I don’t recommend Ashley as your Sales Associate.

Horrible customer service not just one person the whole entire team that worked on 5-20-2025 from 10am-1pm store manager has the worst attitude named by Justin & Ashley is the main one so called is her name is what Justin said it is, she didn’t even have a name tag & when asked what is her name after giving her my personal information she responded that she didn’t need to give her name so that is when I asked for the store manager, it all started over them not been able to sell me what they wanted to smh.. if I can give them 0 STARS I will please have better customer service & attitudes. Not to mention there was a kid that pulled the fire alarm & it was going off in the store actually the whole building, so loud it bothered my ear drums & I believe they should of evacuated everyone out until they were able to turn the fire alarm off my head still hurts after hearing this go off, what a day. Recommend to take your business elsewhere.
