Wow! I'm a new spectrum customer and just signed up today on the phone. I had the nicest person who helped me sign up and answered all my questions. He explained I need to go to the local spectrum office to pick up the necessary equipment to start using my new service. All three young men in the store were very unprofessional. Serious training needs to be done. One even asked me if I was interested in getting a new cell phone. I wouldn't consider doing any business at this awful location.

Worst service ever. Employees act like they work at the DMV as slow as they move. I will most definitely never returned and wasted my time going here. The representative over the phone was of much better and faster assistance

I had an appointment at 3 Saturday September 2 the lady there for customer service was rude and unhelpful. I made a payment for a new account, and they will not give me the equipment because apparently my payment had not gone through. When on my statement was showing that the money was already withdrawn, very unprofessional of her part, now I’m going to cancel my order

Pretty good experience it being my first time there, definitely recommend getting there fast speed internet. My husband and I moved from AT&T internet and honestly has been nothing but the best when it comes to speed, very happy thank you guys !

This is a late review about the Rialto location. I live in Banning but didn't have time to get to the store. My only negative about the experience is that the sign in board is not obvious. My feet were hurting and I was exhausted so having to struggle back to the sign in was very irritating, but I understand we have to follow the process. Everyone passed by the sign in and had to go back.But, the process of turning in equipment was seamless. The seats were firm, large and comfortable. I was relieved because most stores think everyone is thin so they provide skinny chairs with arms so you can't be seated comfortably. Not Spectrum in Rialto! Wonderful, polite, intelligent service. Thank you!

Wish I can leave negative stars. I returned some old equipment from my old place. They gave me a receipt with all listed equipment returned. I look in my credit report and I'm in collections for $210...I have these pricks now and bout to shut off my service. A total of 10 years of a loyal customer and this is what I get. When I called spectdumb, they can't pull it up because they have a new operating system that never integrated to their new system. Pathetic for a technology company in my opinion... very basic shit here.. So now I'm stuck with a collection bill, which their old operating system acknowledged, which their new system does not. Switching to anything else but them. I've never dealt with such a crappy company in my life!

The lady that helped us was terrible. She has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and she had such a nasty attitude. She even directed us to go to somewhere else rather than applying for spectrum mobile. She spewed lies and was even sitting down when we're were asking her questions. She was where glasses and I forgot to ask her name, but she was nasty and a ridiculous employee. A simple, yes or no would have been sufficient, but no, she wanted to say her two cents like she mattered in the situation. "Hear me out" no. You aren't a tech nor are you fluent in the matter. You are just a representative. I hope she gets fired. The store is definitely a HIT OR MISS cause some of them are terrible

We love our spectrum. It's just so costly sometimes to keep. With the economy the way it is I wish they would drop their prices. So therefore we're not using it right now until we can pay off our bill this really hurts Sure do miss our cable
