Besides Evelyn having scary talons for nails, she was amazing! I expected this to take over an hour but realistically if the server wasn’t slow, it would have been a 15 minute process. I got an iPad and made adjustments on my bill. The sales lead was nice as well! A bit of a drive here but will be back for the great, fast, quality, and professional service! Thanks guy!

What can I say. They’re so nice and very professional on helping you on whatever you need. Switching from TMobile to Sprint was a great thing I’ve done in a long time. Also, Martha & Roslyn we’re super sweet/nice to me. (Give them a raise boss!) Anyways, these two wonderful ladies knows what they’re doing. And the patience they got when something takes forever is beyond amazing! Well, thank you for the help you guys gave me! Much appreciated!!

I have had the WORST experience EVER with this store. I originally went in to try and lower my payment and get my dad a new phone. Iris assisted me. She said my dad was eligible for a galaxy s9 for $9 a month. I said ok. The whole transaction took almost 3 hours!!!!!! I was patient and just figured cool at least this is over. Well...a couple of days later Isis calls back and said OOPS I made a mistake and you're not eligible for the galaxy s9 for $9 ( apparently it's for new customers only) and said to come in and exchange it for something else. I work crazy hours and said my dad would have to go in. I called and spoke to some guy ( forgot his name) and he said yeah send him down. Well...my dad was there for 2 1/2 hours!!!!!! Just to switch phones?! And they didn't reimburse me the tax on the galaxy S9. I tried calling them to complain but they stop answering their phones right at 8pm. All in all this has been an awful experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm also contacting corporate and whoever I can to make them aware of this.
