Their operating hours on Google are not accurate. I drove all the way to the store because Fridays they are open until 9pm. Only to arrive shortly after 8 and it was closed. Very disappointing, they need to update their hours on Google.

As soon as my son and I walked in, all staff were very welcoming.We were immediately greeted by Johnny, he was very nice.William also, greeted me to let me know if my son needed a dressing room let him knowAt check out Sydney (I believe he was the Supervisor) asked, “How was my visit? And did all staff ensure we were taken care of”All around great customer service! I will definitely be back.I have been at this store many times, and this was the first time that I actually felt welcomed.If Sydney is the supervisor, he is doing a great job ?? with improvement.

Walked in and all the employees infront were having a discussion about boyfriends and girlfriends drama they were so loud not even a welcome to tillys or how can we help you i was very disappointed. Luckily there was one employee that really stand out here he was helping all the customers and made sure they found what they needed. His name was Alex and was very friendly. I walk in and was not greeted or acknowledged once. I was just looked at. I didn't know who was an employee or customer. At checkout, I place my item on the counter. A young woman walks up (without saying a word) grabs the item I am purchasing, scans it and asked if I have an email. I proceed to ask "How are you doing today?" She responds saying "Fine." Definitely not impressed with the lack of customer service at this store and I will not be back.
