Reviewing because of the outrageous and hostile attitude of your neighboring business RetailKur, there is an older man working there has harassed me on multiple occasions when coming to this plaza for no reason. Leaving bad reviews on everyone in the plaza because that guys is ruining service for everybody around him.

Never had to deal with such a roundabout and complicated way to rent a U-haul before. The truck we wanted wasn't available at our closest location so they gave us the address for this location. We reserved the truck for 2 PM pickup time. Firstly, there are three "stand alone stores" that in some way advertise and display the uhaul logo for either pick up, key drop off, or storage services all in the same general area at the intersection. Once we figure out the ACTUAL location where we're meant to pickup our reserved truck, they tell us it isn't even available because it wasn't dropped off at noon. You would think that with a two hour notice of the prior party returning the truck that they would call us to inform us of the unavailability at their location and refer us to the next closest store. So now, we're stuck paying more for the truck we needed because of having to pick up at a location farther away. Safe to say this will be the last time ever utilizing U-haul services for horrible communication and lack of customer service, our original price should have been honored seeing as it isn't our fault the prior party didn't return their truck on time and we got stuck having to go to a further location.Next time, will use someone else's services. This was such an asinine process.

Nice clean store friendly service and large selection of store products. I ask the cashier if they have any good deals, they were actually very helpful and let me know the best deals going on.
