Went in to get some recommendations for my dark circles and Jessie was patient and very sweet recommended the āIt do it all concealerā she did a skin match and everything at first I was skeptical but two other employees confirmed it looked great. and I cannot thank her enough. I see a difference and I absolutely love the concealer itās worth every dollar.

Customer Service was not the best on this particular day that I went. The store was clean and organized, which was great however, the attitudes of the sales reps and their demeanor was not very inviting or friendly. I hope this is a one off but if I experience one more occasion, like this, I will never be returning to this location again.
-for guaranteed organized/clean store & great service, I recommend going to the s. riverside ave location in Rialto. I am a loyal, returning customer at that location and they never let me down

I was so disappointed in this location today. Came in to purchase gifts for my cousins before i travel abroad. They followed me around and asked me if i needed help every 30 seconds acting like im stealing to the point where i didnāt want to spend my money there. They kept coming through the isle watching me acting like they fixing stuff around. They made me feel so uncomfortable i ended up leaving my full shopping bag and stormed out. Im a huge fan of Ulta and itās heartbreaking that i get treated like this. Will never return !

I had an amazing experience thanks to Bryan! I was searching for a specific OUAI shampoo that seemed to be out of stock everywhere, and just when I was about to give up, Bryan stepped in. He went above and beyond to help me track it down checking inventory, looking in the back, and even suggesting alternative options just in case. Their knowledge of the products and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience so much better. Bryan was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Employees like them make all the difference. Thank you, Bryan!

I had such a great time at Ulta! The vibe was super chill and welcoming. The EstĆ©e Lauder rep who helped me pick out a skincare routine for my husband and suggested the Futurist Hydra Rescue Foundation SPF 45 for his brown spots was a talented makeup artist and made the whole experience really comfortable and easy. Mario helped us at checkout and was super helpful and informative. Overall, just a really great experience. I will continue to choose Ulta over Sephora based on my experience today. š„³

The employees are not welcoming or helpful. I felt like a burden asking where a certain product was. Its very sad. Makes people not want to come back to this store.
