Ridiculous, Monday is known to be a busy day for post offices. They had one person tending alllll of these people. I waited an hour just to drop off two packages and receive the tracking codes. Staff was stressed and everyone else was upset, many hoping to drop off something during their break but intimidated by the line. Also keep in mind I was at the end of the line at one point this photo was taken when more people came in. Management needs to do better this is ridiculous and a lazy way to run a federal building, HIRE MORE STAFF you’re overworking your employees.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
I normally don’t care to write reviews, but the employees here irked me so badly that I had to.
I went in at 4:30 PM to drop off a package. They close at 5 PM, so I expected a quick, straightforward process. There were only three people in line and two workers. One worker wandered around pretending to be busy while ignoring customers.
After 10 minutes, she finally called me over—wearing a face of pure disgust. Before even acknowledging me, she stared at her Apple Watch and read multiple messages, as if my presence was an inconvenience.
She then made a snarky comment about how I taped my box, which was completely unnecessary. While supposedly “helping” me, she began instigating with her coworker about another customer—loud enough for everyone to hear. Completely unprofessional.
The worst part? When the transaction was over, she quickly tapped the feedback screen herself—marking “great service” before I could give my honest opinion.
I don’t think the manager will ever read this, but I felt I needed to share my experience. Hopefully, they reconsider who they hire, because this kind of attitude and lack of professionalism drives customers away.
This is exactly the kind of rude, dismissive behavior that gives the post office a bad reputation.

okay everything else is fine its just a regular post office, but can you please fire that brunette lady who’s always mean to everybody? It doesn’t matter if the place is full or empty, morning or the afternoon, she is always mad. If you’ve been here you know who I am talking about. She always has a bad attitude and speaks loudly like I’m genuinely scared to speak to her. Someone either needs to tell her to speak better to customers and fix her attitude or get another job that doesn’t require you to speak to people.

Ok the staff at this location are simply respectful, friendly team. This has to be the busiest location. They all know my name Dennis and always professional, I picked up my mail and the young man Tristan, was awesome. I love this team and they always greet me when I come in. I recommend this location.

Annette (brunette) was unprofessional, disorganized and very rude. She acted like us being there was an inconvenience to her. It’s a shame too because there is another girl that works there she has some what red hair that is a breath of fresh air. If I ever go to this post office again I will steer clear of Annette and wait for the nice red head girl she is awesome, friendly and efficient. I feel bad she had to work with Annette.

Nice staff, but lines do get long. I wish this location had a self service kiosk. I have ready to print labels, but I have to wait in the long time just to get it printed. I sometimes make the trip to the Fontana location just to use their self service kiosk and avoid the looong line. Especially around the holidays.

Bought priority shipping and they didnt knock or ring the doorbell when 4 people are home for a signature whats the point of paying for priortiy if the mail carrier hides my package and makes me go to the postal office to pick it up because they dont want to do their job.

I put in charge of address for my deceased loved ones address. I recievd two articles of mail one medical bill other junk mail.. which not suppose to transfer. We know they are not transferring mail. As expected mail from a business. And we sent test mail. Mail to deceased old addrss. Never recievd any of it. So filed complaint. Friday recieve a call left message . Saying investigated concern. Yes mail change of address in. And shouid get mail. Omg it was if we charged address where was the mail. So last week aftee filing complaint with United States Postal Service. We sent another test mail. Sent to deceased to old address should be transferred to change on address. Nope!!! This error has to coming from the mail post office. Not carrier. As change of address start within . So irritating!!! So I put in another call to have an investigator properly this time. And yes I agree with a lot of other people that commented m a i l goes to wrong address many times it's opened or packaging destroyed. Very frustrating and concerning that these people are handling United States mail carelessly
