Be aware that if you have a photo order with a different person picking up the order, your order may be under that person’s name. I didn’t know that so picking up my pictures was a bigger ordeal than it needed to be. Understanding that retail staff suffer a lack of payroll, people stealing without consequence and rude people to deal with daily, service of any kind was not even attempted in my case. I had my order number, names, dates and times and the associate simply told me that my order could not be found. No checking a computer, no checking other storage boxes to see if it could have been placed incorrectly, nothing. It was as if he was hoping the I would just leave. I did the work in suggesting places where he could look. Eventually my order was found by my alternate pick up persons name. I will extend grace when mistakes are made but treating me as a problem is not ok. I’m a paying customer who understands your plight. Please do better.

The two front cashiers (this afternoon-receipt says 1:45pm) were the rudest I have ever dealt with. The one refused to help with I needed on the phone. I had to talk to the lead Jen. She was able to help me over the phone right away. She told me to come to the store (I needed to exchange, didn't have the receipt) and either put in the account phone number OR ask for her. I got in one line (the rude phone person) and she was helping another customer, I think with an exchange. Then she asked the other cashier to take my exchange. I had been waiting in the first line, before any of the customers in the second line. The cashier refused, so I waited in line behind all the customers that got in line after me. Entered the phone number that Jen had found the transaction under. Right number, but she didn't find the account. She reiterated rudely that she couldn't exchange without the right phone number. I told her that it was right and that Jen had found the transaction under that number. I asked her to call Jen up. At first she refused. I insisted, so she got louder. Rude. Jen came up and it was the right number, but apparently there was something else that the cashier needed to do to find it. Jen was able to handle it right away. I told Jen, the two front cashiers were so rude. She said she knew it. She went on to say she wold talk to her manager. I will never go to this store again as a result. Those two front cashiers, just earned me calling the corporate office to report them. I don't ever complain, but they were so very nasty and rude. Especially the 2nd one! I plan to call trigger after the 4th! They don't deserve the one star I had to give to post this review.

I use this location for their same day photo printing.Walgreens Photo Service also do personalized items like mugs, calendars, wall decor, framed portraits and other photo gifts.Some good sales on cosmetic and gift items.When you use the app to place order online they usually have a promo discount coupon code to save on your prints.

There's this jealous insecure black lady that works there they say her name is Lepori (she's really heavy set/ really over weight with brown hair) she's very unprofessional and she definitely has no dignity or Esteem at all. whatsoever. That store needs major help.

The truth is there is a dark person who really doesn't help at all and supposedly gives you prescriptions and another day you want to pick them up and you find that he never gives you any prescription or never finds anything and you can tell that he doesn't even try to help you at this particular pharmacy, believe me I don't recommend it

What is up with the pharmacy ever. They are mean to me, they don't help, they make you wait and then they say oops we can't help you why do they make people wait and saying that they're going to help if they don't want to help. Racist people. They say you don't have insurance but I have iehp. They get the address wrong, and give the wrong prescription. No Ifeprofin and they give it to you.

I went to purchase a perfume and asked for help and I also asked if she spoke Spanish and the Walgreens employee replied with “Yes, why? “ and I said because I speak Spanish and need help. I wanted to buy a perfume and she said “ Do you know which one you want or what? You need to learn how to explain yourself correctly” I am in disbelief I don’t understand why she is so rude.

I switched my insurance, so I have to switch my doctors. I had a kidney transplant, so I need to take my medications everyday. My appointment with my new doctor is a month away, and I am running out of some medications before the appointment. The new doctor said that I can ask the pharmacist to forward the refill request to her. I went to Walgreens to get my medication refilled 6 days ago with the new information. Today, I called Walgreens to check on the status of my refill. They told me that their system won’t allow them to forward the refill request to my new doctor. When I was there, they told me that it will take 3 to 4 days. They could have call me to tell me that they can’t do it. They had 5 full days to call me, but they didn’t. It’s like they don’t care at all.
