drivers beware im frightened /horrified from the experience of hell getting a simple tire installation on my car 1 came in for new tires whole set of four once my tires were installed was told that one of my tpms sensors was faulty wasn't told why it was faulty like example the valve stem was bad the senor was bad they said it was faulty was advise to go buy an sensor so it could read correctly so i did i didint question it. 2 came back to walmart with a new tpms when they installed it they took it for a test drive an now both rear senors weren't reading correctly so the tech unmounted the second rear one to see why it wasn't reading said it was still not reading correctly an that technician was clocking out for the day an would continue tomorrow morning an was advise to come back tomorrow . 3 when i was out side watching the technician using unsafe work tactics using a jack to hold up my car with no jack stands as well as just installing my tires just hitting them with pneumatic 1/2 gun but not torquing if you don't torque the tires you run the possibility/ risk of the lug nuts being loose an the tire coming off an causing a car accident i had to tell him to torque the tires 4the next day we arrive multiple technicians told me that he didint put in the invoice /work order that the reason why the second tpms sensor wasn't reading because the tech who was working on it broke it an installed a walmart brand tpms senor so he had broke the second one. why didint he report it (we all make mistakes?)lied about the first one also being faulty i requested both tpms senors an was told that he thrown them away . further more was told to go somewhere else so they can fix their mistakes an just bring them the bill. 5 an then told by another technician well you should have got you're tires replaced at the dealership if i didn't want any issues 6.when i was speaking to both managers /team leads they both were rude,disrespectful , unapologetic ,desensitized to every thing that i told them i had to go to another shop to try an get my tpms senors repaired an when i came back with all the receipts was told i had to wait on any refund an i said well i also want to tpms senors as well to be paid for because they were both oem an was still treated with disrespect an made to feel like i had cause this issue . 7 honestly scary the lack of integrity the person who drivers this car is a mother,aunt ,sister a grandmother who uses this car for her family the result of the unsafe work practices alone are terrifying **beware this walmarts auto shop ** **1366 s riverside averialto, ca 92376**

It's always going to be a chore when you do your shopping here. Just always be prepared for large crowds. I usually find most everything I need here for myself and the family and it's usually nothing that I would complain about but the fact that Self Checkout lanes weren't open by 11, nearing 12 in the afternoon is baffling to me because they choose not to use all of their registers and resources they have available to at least make checkout a breeze.

I was trying to help my mom give money to a relative, but they said that I couldn't even touch the money! All I did was hand it to her! And my mom is 85! Her back was hurting and we were just arguing because I tried to give her her own money! DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART...

Great store with lots of variety of items. Great prices. The one day I actually visit, the worst customer service ever. Denise, chunky cashier at the personal care section, was very rude when asked where a certain product was. When asked for an item, she would talk down as if I was dumb and I should know where it is. Not only to me was she rude, but to another customer as well. It seems as if she was bothered by anybody asking a question. NOT a good fit for customer service position.

I would have given a zero if I could. I bout four trailer tires and they were delivered to this Walmart. I called the Walmart tire center for this store before the purchase and confirmed they could install them. I have a dual axle horse trailer with a small wood block I drive onto and the other wheel on the same side is immediately lifted off the ground and easy to change. I set an appt 9 days in advance for 9:00 am. At 6:30 am the day of the appt, I received a text stating some of my order didn't come in so they could not do the install. I confirmed on line that all fl4 tires had been there for days. It took over an hour, using multiple phones at the same time to call, before anyone answered. They then told me they cannot install trailer tires. I spoke with a manager and explained it did not have to be on a lift or jacked up and how easy it was to remove. She said it wouldn't be a problem then and for me to keep my appt. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn't install trailer tires. I again explained the process for instant lifting of the wheel. The store clerk went to talk to the mechanic, who came to me and abruptly said the machine for tires was broken today. The clerk then went outside to the bay and for visibly argues for several minutes and came back in and apologized. I asked if they just didn't want to install the tires or if the machine was really broke. She then said I should explain to the guy in charge how easy it is to remove my tire. I walked out and 3 other employees asked how they can help. I explained and they said their balancing machine was broken. I told them these were trailer tires and didn't need balancing. All 3 said they should be able to install them then. A couple of minutes late I was told the shop manager said they weren't doing tires today. I took my purchased tires to Les Schwab in the same parking lot who installed all 4 for a higher cost than Walmart was scheduled to charge. The employee at Les Schwab said Walmart routinely sells tires and then refuses to install them and the disgruntled customers come to Les Schwab l, because they are in the same parking lot. My 4 tires were not cheap, but Walmart customer service was terrible.

Not very "Quick Assist" I'm annoyed of the fact that most things are now behind a locked glass! I need a personal Walmart team member assistant to be walking beside me at all times since I can never get what I need in a timely manner. Plus, what's the point of adding all these self check-out cashiers if half of them are closed anyways?! Walmart corporate is spending money silly nilly instead of being useful and efficient.

I'm disappointed in the daily judgments of what are service dogs. Service dogs that I've observed don't ride in grocery carts, aren't carried in the owner's arms, and aren't permitted to do as they please. We use the carts to put our food in it! JUST GROSS! Mind you, I have dogs too but don't feel I need to take them shopping. SMH

This Walmart is so bad with their groceries. I bought hot Cheeto balls only to find out it's been open and half eaten. I also bought cereal only to find out it expired a month ago. And finally I bought milk that expires in a few days so now I have to rush to drink it. Maybe my fault and should have checked the contents or expiration dates. But maybe not because if I am going to the store to buy groceries, I shouldn't have to worry about expirations dates. It's a loss for me because I am not going to drive back, deal with parking, and wait in line to get my few dollars back. Walmart, check your products and remove the expired ones.

I like Walmart, just not the crowd it attracts. i usually find different stuff, I never would find at Target....like my Keto granola! It's a few other things I find here as well, but its usually not my first choice to shop, unfortunately.

The Colton Walmart on Mt Vernon. So I got home and was missing four out of 11 items I purchased. There were four girls standing around doing nothing when I asked for assistance they said someone would be over there in a minute. No customer service all attitude. Can't find my receipt so I'm out about $50. I did all my shopping in hair and makeup department. Those ladies need to be retrained or terminated. I'd rather spend more money and shop anywhere then there!

I have been getting my groceries delivered from this store for almost 3 yrs. The service is terrible and the representatives r even worse. I'm on a walker and a senior citizen. I have ordered everything thru this store. Lately it has became worse. The food orders have been worse I have received rotten watermelons with a spot in it that was rotten. I have had orderders dumped in the back gated parking lot because they couldn't get in. I have a note inside of my menu stating that u have to go to the front of the apt and push on the intercom and I will let u in via my phone. I have rude representatives over 20 times who did nasty things like saying I will get back to u and hang up. on me after holding for half an hour. My account was canceled for no reason because I complained and sent back bad food . I even called the Arkansas main office and got no where. Evetytime I complained. I paid for my walmart account . As late as last week I tried to eat some yogurt and it tasted sour. Why , because it was dated 2022. When I buy milk products like cottage cheese or just cheese. I has a very short expiration date.. I was told that they would get back to me regarding my complaint. It has been close to 3 weeks and they won't respond. All it says is your account has been canceled. I'm too old for this stress. I have been a walmart customer since they first opened in San Bernardino County areas near me. . I know this is not legal. I want restitution and my account back. I need to be able to order my food, clothes or whatever. I have a pair of tennis shoes that I can't send back because of walmart nonsense. I hope this notification is seen and taken care of. Walmart is so underhanded and sleezy with their customers and I feel that they don't give a damn. I have to pay for a ride or take a bus. Just to get my necessities

They can remodel all they want. What needs an update is the employees. They are the worst. Everything is behind glass and when you ask for something they give major attitude. There just walking around on their phone texting or talking to each other what they did over the weekend. Using inappropriate language and not caring who hears their conversation. I know these comments are going to fall on deaf ears because management doesn't care either because when you complain to them they do nothing they just say okay okay we'll see about it and do nothing worst and most horrible place to shop.

Online ordering and pickup is really bad. The phone number on the sign in the pickup area goes directly to voicemail. No one answers the store phone. 909-301-7647 Try it!
