Great gym morning classes are run by coach Mike, he's a very good coach and explains the instructions thoroughly and takes great pride being a former boxer himself but as well as a coach. Been going for about a month now. Very welcoming and experienced coach. All the students are very welcoming and kind. Feels more like a family opposed to a gym. I’m a veteran and they offer free classes for veterans ! Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Great place to bring you kids. Coaches really work with the kids and the kids pick it up quick. I would recommend it for a local boxing club.
