Don't even think of doing an online curbside pick up order. I did an online curbside pick up. After 4 hours with no updated I called in to get an update and was told 1 more hour. Literally 2 min after I finished the call I received a text... they cancelled my order. So rude and unprofessional. This location is disgusting. Have had issues with pharmacy in the past as well. -5 stars

Worst pharmacy. They took around 12 minutes to attend to me and I was the first in line. The rest of the people left. Every time I come here my medication is not ready. They can see that there was a line because the ladies looked at the line. If I could give a zero on the pharmacy rating I would.

I understand a lot of places are understaffed these days. But I went in for a few things. I waited by the cash register and look around for a cashier, I noticed one worker looked at me a few times (not just once but a few times) and went about his business as if he didn't even see me. Finally when there was about 6 people waiting he decided to come up and ring us up. Not a sorry for the wait not a hi , not hello nothing. Even when he came upfront he walked slow. Horrible service , I mean at this point they should just have a self check out with this dang service.

I go here to pick up my prescriptions, and again the pharmacy has a way of changing my prescriptions. I have one scription's with two medication yes two over the counter medication and the pharmaceutical wanted to change my medication saying that I cannot be taking both of them at the same time I do understand that, but it doesn't give her the right to just changed my prescription when a doctor prescribe those two medication. If one doesn't work, maybe the other one might work, but to me, it just seemed so rude how she likes to manipulate peoples prescriptions. she not the one paying for people medication. and she should just advise and not judge. she made me feel so bad.

I really had a bad reputation at this location before, today 12/20/2022 went in the store around 9:30am to do western union transaction ,the girl that works as the cashier told me is only allowed one transaction a day Then she told me to wait ,she went to ask something at the lady in the photo station, then the girl came back and she told me to go at the photo station, that lady told me that the system was down. What do you guys think ? Is ths a coincidence? Last time they gad an issue with my driver license, right now I am at the Rialto police station making a report.

The guy at the check out at the door was very nice and good. He even apoligized for the other people being paid to be in the store. Without even looking the very young very stupid clerk walking around the store does not know what an inhaler is, does not know it's purpose. We ended up going to CVS to get one. I have a PhT. This is the worst service I have ever seen at any pharmacy. Anywhere. Worst ever. It's ok the to hire young stupid women because the don't know how to dress for work but for heaven sakes teach them or keep them in the back!!!

Most unprofessional pharmacist - not sure how someone this uneducated is working at a pharmacy. Neck rolling profanity? Not ok- never going to this location again. Customer service is non existent.

The store employees are something else. They did not provide me a receipt and I asked for a copy and the girl at the register had an attitude and I asked for the manager and she had an even bigger attitude. was rolling her eyes and telling me I must have selected to have my receipts go to my email which I told her I never did and asked how I can change it and she said I don't know. How do you not know? The security guard was even worse. I do not condone stealing and some lady was stealing some toothpaste and the security guard starts cussing her out in front of everyone as well as tries grabbing stuff out of her pockets without even asking her to give it back first. He is not a cop, he is a security guard and I think that he needs to be more professional and not act so hostile and make the situation worse for the patrons that are in the store.

Before I started couponing I never had a problem with this store but now that I have began to use coupons A LOT at this particular location it seems like it's ALWAYS an issue about something, to picking up curbside orders to cancellations with orders and today it was about using a certain coupon that the store itself had gave me it was buy $25 get $7 for next purchase so I did get some items and after in store discounts my total was still well over $25 but was denied using my coupon and the grl said just because I couldn't I was like but why that's not a reason, I have heard from other couponing ppl how certain stores act towards them for couponing but never had I experienced my self personally, so looks like I have to find another Walgreens to do my purchases at.

Wish I could leave zero stars. The manager kicked out my other dogs in training and only let my service dog in but she should've said "no dogs allowed at all" but she said "only service dogs can be in the store" so I told my partner to stay outside with our other two dogs but the manager kept following me around even though I had my two other dogs outside and I stayed with my service dog and then told me again only service dogs were allowed and when I told her my dog was a service dog she just stood there staring at me while I was shopping looking for dog treats. Made me so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving and didn't buy anything :( she also wouldn't give me corporates number she just said it was "1800 Walgreens" like I need an actual number lady...

Pharmacy need to Time manage way better no don't blame covid you had 1 1/2 hours to fill a standard prescription come two hours later and a still had to wait another in a long line plus another 10+ minutes because it wasn't proceed or ready this is ridiculous if we're here to pick up medication it's not for fun it's a pain or discomfort we're having and to wait more time maybe if you guys stop talking to each other and actually work your fill time will be quicker. I'm also plan to give you 1's on your receipt survey I know those hurt your stores score and corporate will notice ... and faster actions will take place TIP for everyone do the survey on bottoms of receipt time consuming but that's the only way management or corporate will notice their lack in customer service so something can be done ..

This place is horrible I literally sat for 20 mins waiting to print pics and they said one machine was broke, then after the next one was broke Also, they did nothing abt it after I told them several times abt it Neva coming back
