The two front cashiers (this afternoon-receipt says 1:45pm) were the rudest I have ever dealt with. The one refused to help with I needed on the phone. I had to talk to the lead Jen. She was able to help me over the phone right away. She told me to come to the store (I needed to exchange, didn't have the receipt) and either put in the account phone number OR ask for her. I got in one line (the rude phone person) and she was helping another customer, I think with an exchange. Then she asked the other cashier to take my exchange. I had been waiting in the first line, before any of the customers in the second line. The cashier refused, so I waited in line behind all the customers that got in line after me. Entered the phone number that Jen had found the transaction under. Right number, but she didn't find the account. She reiterated rudely that she couldn't exchange without the right phone number. I told her that it was right and that Jen had found the transaction under that number. I asked her to call Jen up. At first she refused. I insisted, so she got louder. Rude. Jen came up and it was the right number, but apparently there was something else that the cashier needed to do to find it. Jen was able to handle it right away. I told Jen, the two front cashiers were so rude. She said she knew it. She went on to say she wold talk to her manager. I will never go to this store again as a result. Those two front cashiers, just earned me calling the corporate office to report them. I don't ever complain, but they were so very nasty and rude. Especially the 2nd one! I plan to call trigger after the 4th! They don't deserve the one star I had to give to post this review.

I use this location for their same day photo printing.Walgreens Photo Service also do personalized items like mugs, calendars, wall decor, framed portraits and other photo gifts.Some good sales on cosmetic and gift items.When you use the app to place order online they usually have a promo discount coupon code to save on your prints.

I switched my insurance, so I have to switch my doctors. I had a kidney transplant, so I need to take my medications everyday. My appointment with my new doctor is a month away, and I am running out of some medications before the appointment. The new doctor said that I can ask the pharmacist to forward the refill request to her. I went to Walgreens to get my medication refilled 6 days ago with the new information. Today, I called Walgreens to check on the status of my refill. They told me that their system won't allow them to forward the refill request to my new doctor. When I was there, they told me that it will take 3 to 4 days. They could have call me to tell me that they can't do it. They had 5 full days to call me, but they didn't. It's like they don't care at all.

I must admit that this young lady earned Walgreen's a 5 star review. Please note her name is Amy and you can't avoid but notice her outstanding work. She works in the pharmacy and for those of you that follow me, you know I just do not give a 5 Star review. This one was well earned. In the past I had very bad experiences with customer service. Other times some good or ok but finally they hire Amy and I hope that everyone can follow her foot steps. She cares and it shows, she goes the extra mile and doesn't try to brush you off. My best advice for management is keep Amy she is a wonderful employee. Thank you Amy

This places is horrible I made an appointment for my daughters to get tested for COVID and I was waiting in line for an hour and half and when it was my turn they told me they had ran out of test kits, like what's the whole pointing making an appointment.

Just a terrible wait tonight at this Walgreens. Just 2 people in front of me and it took over 40 min to get 1 prescription if this is how it goes every time I come here, I need to try other pharmacy instead

I dropped off a prescription on Saturday morning went to pick it up on Sunday morning the pharmacist was a huge j**** First of all they had my partners address and name correct in the system incorrect then he told me that the insurance information was incorrect and he needed the card I ask him how could you look up a persons info. Without their correct name he told me the name didn't manner just the date of birth! So you mean to tell me everyone with my birthday can come pick up my meds because the name doesn't matter BS...he pissed me off I got the prescription back after waiting in line forever and he seemed so freakin stressed trying to juggle COVID vaccines and fill prescriptions he didn't even have the Decency to try to help me or even figure out what they were doing wrong. I drove down the road to CVS pharmacy the pharmacy technician typed in the address her correct name and date of birth found all the information that was needed filled the prescription less than 10 minutes now that's great service. If you want great service do not I repeat do not fill any of your prescriptions at the Walgreens pharmacy in Rialto they suck. Also here's the kicker he wouldn't even let me pay cash for the prescriptions because he needed their insurance card what type of BS is that if you're dying don't count on him to help you because you can't pay cash.

I made an appointment for a covid vaccine at the pharmacy here at the Walgreens on 118 E. Baseline Rd, Rialto, CA. 92376. If you call this Walgreens the automated phone service allows you to make a Covid vax appointment over the phone. It asks you questions to make sure you're eligible and then gives you an appointment date. I was given a date and time for my appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early, but they tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment and that I couldn't have an appointment because according to the three clowns working behind the counter you have to make an appointment by computer over the internet. Either they were lying or they were clueless. I showed them on my phone that you actually can make an appointment over the phone which I had done. I don't think they thought I would do that. It was like they resented me for proving to everybody that was overhearing our conversation that they didn't even know you could make an appointment by phone. They STILL WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO GET VACCINATED. I feel it was very unprofessional and dangerous to my health for them to send me away without a vaccination just because of their technical error or unwillingness to admit their stupid mistake. They should have allowed me to fill out the form and get vaccinated, but wouldn't. Whatever you do don't trust this pharmacy by making an appointment by phone at this Walgreens.

This Walgreens on Sierra lakes in Fontana has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They never had by prescriptions ready in time in the last 6 months. Always some lame excuse. Even while going though a knee replacement. Easier to buy the stuff in the street. They say they will send a text and I wait for days and no text Just the worst. Will be trying CVS for next prescription.

Worst experience ever I just needed Diaper rash medicine for my baby and I was followed by there security guard as I waited for the clerk to check me out which took over 5 minutes the security was standing at the door as if I was going to steal I will never be back in this store again...

Pharmacy has horrible service. They never answer their phones. Have been waiting for medication since Friday and was given two different dates for when my medication would be ready. It's now Monday and my medication is still not ready despite having been told I could pick it up today.
