I called ahead of time asked if they accept walk-ins for notary, I was told by the attendant she was a little busy and I would have to wait about 15min, I was ok with that. I sat in the shop for an hour waiting, other customers walked in and she helped them right away. I asked the attendant if I was waiting for the notary or if she was going to help me, she stated “ it’s me, I’ll be right with you”. Attendant continued to help others while I was still waiting. If she was unable to help me she should of said something instead of having me wait. I was helped after waiting over an hour, took her 5min to notarize my one document.

Never opens on time. Sign and website say 9am but they open late. I understand this is a small business and not corporate owned but this is an inconvenience for us that waste our time coming here expecting them to be open. I would rather come here then go to staples or other big locations to show support for small businesses but this is ridiculous.

Love this place, it's so warm and welcoming. Sometimes I go to print things when my printer at home is down. I also have a mailbox there. The prices are better than any of the other big name mail places. The people are friendly - what more could you ask for? When I receive great customer service I literally patronize a business for YEARS that's how important customer service is to me. I recommend this business.
