“Autumn at the Delano post office was SO incredibly helpful to me on the phone trying to locate a missing package. I exhausted all my efforts online to no avail (I tried for days !!!) I ended up calling by phone (which I try to avoid as it rarely helps either) assuming I wouldn’t have any luck.. but I was greeted kindly and with patience by Autumn, she listened to my concerns and had her drivers on the search for my package immediately. within 30 minutes they FOUND IT !! Just days before Christmas left. Thank you again, I can’t express enough how much kind & genuine customer service means to me.. it feels so rare these days, yet it makes the world of difference. Now I can go into my busy holiday weekend with that much less stress.”

We have had packages with misspellings and slight number variations to our address and we still get the packages. Other post offices have so many people that go through their office that they don’t know anyone personally. Our small town office has a warm welcoming family feel.
