Ok wow... alot of cardio equipment that's mostly empty, not enough resistance training equipment. Got through my workout though... The men's bathroom and sauna are literally molded and a health hazard. It is profoundly disgusting for how expensive my dues are. I've never smelled or seen a men's locker room where I thought I would exit with an infection or disease... I actually started a claim at CDPH. Yes, it was that bad.

Only 2 out of the 6 stairmasters are currently working. It’s been this way for almost half a year now. Please fix this!

Multiple stair-Masters need to be replaced. Otherwise clean enough gym and very friendly staff

A more compact gym. The interior is smaller and configured to fit into this old space that used to be a mall. The crowd here is mostly teen to late 20 s early 30s.Still though with the mold in the bathrooms and vents. And it’s usually pretty loud. I would say more so than most gyms. Especially around 5pm to close. But it’s a lot of dudes and their workout friends. Machines don’t stay in use for long, but they do get snagged quick. The sauna here is good, dry/wet.Not open 24 hours this location.Staff is like the rest they talk about certain guests (myself included) about d*** stuff that you would hear in junior high or some other idiot way of being a passive bully.

As a result, I gave them five stars. They have my full support. They are both friendly and professional.

Solid gym-- great for convenience. Nothing too crazy, not much variety in machines and the dumbbell stations seem a bit grimey, but still one of the cleaner 24 Hours in the Bay Area. Staff is friendly, and bathroom isn't the greatest, but good for a 24 hour. Some of the treadmills were broken and couldn't incline and the gym does close earlier than I'd like, but still a good bang for your buck. Overall, nothing outstanding but nothing terrible (hence 3 stars).

Whoever was manning the phone tonight was super rude. I wanted to try the gym and the guy was the least welcoming person. He told me they closed at 10pm (two hours after i called) then after a long pause was like sure. The tone was super rude and put me off. I'll try a different gym instead. Hopefully, i'm not missing out on anything lol.

My 300$ watch was stolen here as well as my conditioner.. Decent place to work out though. but like most of their locations, the mens room needs a serious cleaning as well as the pool room mold everywhere….At least it’s cleaner than the Oakland location.

There is equipment that has been out of service for months, even years. For example the seated shoulder press has been out since 2020 it just sits there like a coat rack ,makes no since why they haven't fixed. This shoulder press is highly in need of repair due to the fact that it's the only freeweight seated barbell press for shoulders. Also seated leg press machine has had out of service label on it for almost a year now. I've been a 24hr. Customer for over 20 yrs it's an unacceptable way to run a so called professional Gym. Suck less !!!

I printed out a complementary three day trial pass from the website for my girlfriend who recently moved to the area. She went to use it, at 10:45 am on Monday 4/10, but Nisa(?) at the front desk rudely turned her away saying some thing about now they are doing a 14 day trial but she can't use it because her drivers license doesn't have her current local address on it yet. Girlfriend was so upset by the rudeness of the front desk person that she no longer wants to go there. You just lost at least one customer because of this surly staffer.

why is it so dirty. All the machines are broke. the bathroom floors are always covered in urine. Is there a cleaning schedule.? Also is there a reason why it's open for 16 hours a day. This one needs some help so send some corporate it's up to you to make it right.

Most of the gyms have machines that are out of service. The ones that do work are not next to each other so if you are working out with a partner, good luck. Plus it seems a lot of machines people don't really use.For example the rows of elliptical machines. We pay annual and monthly dues for a club that is designed to be "24 hours" yet since the pandemic not all clubs are 24 hours, but we still pay the same fees. Most of the clubs are generally not cleaned well. We have been to several clubs in the East Bay,North Bay and LA area it is the same across the board. So far the cleanest, best amenities by far are in Pleasanton,Ca Super Sport.
