This place is a joke. Came in today to buy some things and the so called manager over there on his phone so I said excuse me I need help he told me to hold on a minute. After I asked him how much was the Newport cigarettes he became hostile towards me. Then I asked him do you take the ampm app he gave me a attitude about it because I told him that every arco ampm has to tell the customers if they have the store app because there is discounts on the ampm app he got really upset because I know his job better than him. And if he is the manager or owner of this place he didn't even have a black managers shirt on like the other managers from different arco ampm stores. The owner of this place needs to reevaluate there employees from this location. It doesn't matter anyways because BP is taking over all the arco ampm stores in California very soon so more than likely all the employees at this location will be terminated.minus * *********

STAN or Intzar Clerk ID#123 the guy that works 6am is very rude, disrespectful.poor communication, poor customers service..everytime I comes to the store He never greets you. When I first walk in the store he starts harassing me for my ID before I put items on the countertop. Lied and said they don't accept my card. He very combative and confrontational.

This place is horrible. They charge you for using a Debit card, the people are slow, and they let these bums hang out there begging for money! Never go here at night

It was open real late when I needed it to be,which was nice especially for that neighborhood. I was able to get in and out real quick, felt sorry for the employee, he was obviously overwhelmed.

Arco Am Pm are franchisees. Arco doesn't own nor operates same. this explains why there's such a variance in experiences/pricing at different am pm's. beers here pricey $1 per item, other drinks/convenience items too. buys: 3 cookies/99 cents, -sugar cookies sweet, chocolate chip ones bland. -only one of few items not priced higher than other am pm's. crumbs: -gas higher here too. 3.05 regular -locale near depressed downtown... -not a go to choice...

Yesterday I went into this store bought a 12 ounce bottle of strawberry milk and a coffee cake. just checked my debit card they charged me $15.73. Next time I go in there I'm taking something!!!!!
