This dealership ship has the best customer service ever mind you I've purchased cars from other dealerships like Nissan & Honda but by far this dealership has offered me the best customer care. From the moment you walk in to the very warm and professional greeting to the moment you walk out the door with your car, they truly want to give you the best service and the best price. My husband and I have bought two cars from this dealership and years into having them they are still running great and we have had no issues with them. I HIGHLY recommend them and I 100% trust their cars. If you're looking for a good, used car Auto Amigos is definitely the place to go to. Don't go get ripped off else where!

Auto Amigos Richmond has great customer service! Everyone I worked with, in person (Alex)and on the phone (Victor), was wonderful. The whole process starting from test drive to the final paperwork was very smooth. I got a 2011 Toyota Camry from Auto Amigos Richmond and I'm very happy with my car. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
