These location shouldn't exists. I have give the benefit of the doubt until it happened to me . The day of the appt came I was getting out of the car when my phone ring telling me Don't come here I can't help you. Walk inside and ask for Mgr. she came standing tall and happy to state she is the Mgr and told me the same thing no explanation of why they can't help. She was able to give me no. to call and good thinking I dialed before leaving it was not working she went back and said the last digits were wrong and that the Lady who gave me the appointment doesn't know how to take care of this issue.... clearly Lady Mgr you need to step up including you and that Guy needs to know what Customer Service is and the definition of what it entails ...read your reviews .... I have to put a star or else I can't post this... Avoid these location if you can

Terrible. Hours says it's open on Saturday and it is not. I had an appointment for Notary scheduled and no communication of the appointment being canceled. Had urgent documents and missed my deadline because of this bad Bank!

So f****** stupid people working this palace. They don't take care to customer. Person working on cashier teller was so rude. I been with BOA for a while I never had any issue but this time these people make me so disappointed. I had a business account and ask for them get change for quarters they only offer me $20 in quarters that even doesn't last for a single day . I will never be in this branch again . So unmanaged staff and management.Never and ever go over there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Customer device is poor. The lines are to the door, out of 9 teller windows only 1 teller window is open. 3 employees sitting at their desks giggling and surfing the web while only 1 teller window is open?

I am giving this location five stars only because Ying was super great, amazing and helpful. She help me over the phone and then I came in and she help me in person as well. She is very thorough and gave me the information I needed as well as set up my online account. I highly recommend her.

Needed to withdraw money from my EDD account. Was told that my I.D., did not match my card., I guess the JR, was missing, so the lady refused to help me., seemed almos bothered. I have never had an issue with Bank of America in Marin Co. trying to withdraw funds, never. Any way, went to Chase Bank across the street and they helped me out. Needless to say I will be opening a new account with Chase now. Stay away from this branch. The one star rating should be a heads up.

The worst bank ever, every time I go there, they don't have agents to assist their customer even before COVID. They always ask their customer to book an appointment, and all their appointments are a week or so from the day. Even for the online services it takes more than 30mn for an agent. I'm switching bank of sure!

Ugly small tiny blonde b**** doesn't know how to treat her customers. First time an associate throws receipts at me and doesn't want to process credit card payments.. Letting me know that I wasn't paying y the correct amount for my credit card when money on my card isn't due until the end of the month. No one should question what you do with your money. I don't know what her name is because she wasn't wearing a name tag like other associated, but she has been reported to customer service and here as well. Now I understand why they have a one star for there nasty attitude.

I understand completely why this is the worst branch. I lost my wallet last evening. I put a hold on my card, called customer service and I only had to wait 34 minutes on hold to verify, Explained the situation about losing my wallet and not having I.D, she said it wouldn't be a problem getting a temp card. Boy was she wrong, I waited 45 minutes to be told they wouldn't help me even after I gave them my S.S #, the account # and my old state I.D card. Weekend is ruined, thanks B of A. I'll be closing my account once I get a replacement and going across the street.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Long a** lines. They had about 6 people doing who knows what with one teller. Makes no sense. But they can all talk and chat all morning amongst each other. Not sure why they even schedule anyone if they only have one person to actually assist anyone. Poor poor customer service. Close this branch because clearly no one works here. This is not my bank but had to make a deposit. So thank goodness I don't trust them with my money. Don't come here at any point. Always a line and no one to help. My wait was about 40 mins. Service sucks.
