I just purchased a car, and I had a wonderful experience in Barocci. The people there are very cool and nice. They are really different than other dealerships. They are being very transparent and honest with the car deal. I can say if you want to get a car, here is what you should go to. Trust me and you would have the best experience with them.

I applied for financing with almost a 800 credit score, with an annual income of $80,000 and $5,000 down payment and I was totally ignored, but I was able to get a better deal with another dealer and my new car is in my driveway right now, thanks Barocci

Was trying to get some information on a vehicle and never heard back. Waste of time.

DO NOT TRUST. Shady, shady, shady!!!! Bought a car from them and the vin number showed an accident which they denied. We found out there has been work done to the car. They will say anything to make a sale. Even showed us fake reports to convince us to keep the car. Stay far far away!!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for almost 7 years now, bought 5 cars and couldn’t be any happier. Tony ensures you get the best deal and puts his customers’ requests on a silver platter to say the least. The process is crystal clear, fast, and simple. They never ever hustle you or try to sell you something you do not need. Trust me, this is what true car buying experience should look like.I love barroci and will always be back here for the rest of my car purchasing decisions.

I previously owned a 2010 MINI Hardtop that I drove up until this recent trade-in. I was fortunate to have the MINI last me nearly 10 years with minimal issues, aside from general upkeep. When it came time to consider a new car, there was never a doubt that I wanted another MINI. I couldn't be happier with my 2019 4 door MINI; I'm so glad MINI designed a 4 door that meets the functional needs of sedan but impressively still drives and practically looks like the original coup hardtop.

First car purchase and these guys and gals made it a pleasure, especially considering mid pandemic. Didn’t hawk over my shoulder and did their own thing while I did mine taking the cars for a spin. When I was ready to talk through the agreement and purchase, they made it easy and all I really had to do was read, sign, and pay. Their sales approach is likely what makes them so successful. Cars were in great condition overall too, and I would buy from them again.

Best car dealership experience of my life so far. Gerson, the salesman, not only helped me get into a very cute 2020 mini with all the bells and whistles but was so helpful, kind and communicative to both me and my dad who was calling in from home to help negotiate. One of the first times I have felt heard, helped and not taken advantage of at a car dealership. Gerson deserves a raise and a gold star and whatever other accolades people get!

My car that I bought is exactly what I wanted. I came in so many times and test drove multiple cars. I was greeted so kindly every time I came in. The employees and especially the manager were so helpful and made sure I felt super special.

I'd give 5 stars except for a miscommunication about a known problem the vehicle had. Matt helped me resolve this after I took delivery of the vehicle, which was much appreciated. They also accommodated a request to include paperwork on the car's most recent maintenance inspection. In all, they do care about making the buying process as smooth as possible, even if you live a thousand miles away.

Bought a car here about a month ago and was helped by Matt. Promised me that everything was good with the car, a spare key (because the car I bought only had one key), and told me if I needed anything I could call him. Found many minor problems with the car but the worst was the driver door mirror fell off when I took it to a drive thru car wash. Tried contacting Matt several times but every time I call he is “with a customer” and never gets back to me. Been a month and still haven’t received a spare key. If you do buy a car here purchase the 2-day return option because more than likely you will find problems with the car and be able to return it. Unfortunately I wasn’t made aware of this option and I couldn’t return the car (which I wanted to after only 1 day with it). Please do your homework and hopefully my experience can help somebody else not get duped by this company. Also if you can avoid Matt. He comes off as a friendly guy but just makes false promises he can’t follow through on.

I understand that not everyone can know a car's faults. In this case though, I was definitely sold a lemon for 5 times the price it was actually worth. I broke down three times within 5 months of purchasing my Volkswagen and each time was for a different reason and each time it was for something major. I bought the warrenty but it only covered one of the repairs, leaving me with an excessive amount of towing bills, missed work, and repair bills. They encouraged me to use their private, "cheaper" mechanic, which involved taking my car off site and not ever meeting the mechanic or talking to anyone about my car (personally, I like to have a healthy, communicative relationship with my mechanic so to me this was kind of a red flag). I wasn't even notified when my car was done. Overall, I'd say the entire experience (both the buying and the repairing) felt super sketchy and at the very least unprofessional.
