“I had the best experience working with Mary at Bridal Breeze! I went into the store not sure if what I was looking for even existed, and I found one that was perfect (plus several others that were also beautiful, just not exactly what I wanted). I think the store has fewer dresses that some of the other stores I went to, but they were all perfectly curated, so I was trying on one beautiful dress after another! They also post their entire inventory online, which was really useful for me beforehand, as I was trying to decide whether it was worth the drive from the south bay all the way up to the city. It definitely definitely was! They do not do alterations, but they have a few tailors who they recommend. I've heard horror stories about other shops ordering dresses multiple sizes too big so they can gouge you on alterations, so I'm happy to have avoided that conflict of interest. My dress pretty much fits, just needs some minor adjustments. Do note that the store is very small, so they can only handle one bride at a time. Definitely make an appointment before you go.”

“Great service! I suddenly had a funeral to go to and needed a dress altered. Joy was nice enough to do it while I waited, saving me a trip to go back to pick it up. She did an excellent job on altering the dress to fit perfectly. My daughter has also gone to her for bridesmaid dress alterations on a couple of different occasions. In particular, Veronica's patience, attention to my unique needs, and her knowledge of their inventory were exceptional. “Been coming here for about 5 years with my wife for custom qipao's. Many of the Ms Chinatown and Ms Qipao contestants come here for qipaos. Although old-school, they know their stuff and make a nice qipao. Both are from HK and you know that there are a lot of quality seamstress/tailors from there. I think that people born is Asia are more used to their service and way of doing things. Think of how your parents/grandparents might run a shop. Maybe the gentleman is having some memory issue now, so go easy on him. He means well. My wife is a super stickler on fashion and that things have to be just-so and I never heard her complain about the store, staff or dresses. We enjoy coming to visit. Highly suggested for custom qipao.”

“This review is long overdue! I was referred to Tammy by a family member and going into planning was extremely stressful but Tammy made it so easy for us. She had many suggestions and ideas. She set up the chairs and arch for our outside ceremony and decorated inside the restaurant for the reception and it looked so beautiful, we couldn't be more happier! Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was. She's very responsive and honest and just made the wedding planning so smooth for us. If you're looking for like a one-stop shop, this is a place to go and she works within your budget as well!”

After visiting 6 other stores throughout SF, San Diego, and LA--I can confidently say that Marina Morrison was by far my favorite. The vibes are immaculate. Their dress selection has it all--from classic elegant to trendy cool. I visited the store three times, one initial browse and two trunk shows, and every time the owner Sandy and the stylists Sammy and Cameron made my experience feel so easy and special. The pricing is reasonable for the high quality of the dress and exceptional service! 11/10 stars.”

“I'm giving it 5 starts because their customer service in my 2 visits was excellent. There's a girl who works there named Sonu, who is incredibly helpful. She was able to read exactly what I wanted by asking simple questions: what colors are you looking for? Do you like simple or flashy? Oh my gosh, she literally read my mind like only best friends do. Please ask for Sonu when you go there. She's very patient. On my second visit, which is when she helped me for the first time, she found me an amazing outfit and a gorgeous jewelry set that matched my outfit just perfect! I adore this girl!My only feedback for the place would be to display more of those gorgeous outfits towards the front and display their jewelry better as they do with some of their outfits, also by the front of the store. That would look very attractive for customers. I didn't know they had jewelry until Sonu told me they did.”
