Bridges Fitness gym has changed my life. I’ve never been much of an indoor workout person until now. Trainers are super talented, providing you a tailored workout routine, beginning to end. I look forward to every class, which hasn’t repeated itself once. The music is always good (even the country ;) and clientele are super fun, sometimes I feel like I’m just at a fitness themed party! Happy 2year anniversary Rich!

Amazing place and experience! This is a classes-based structured, instructor-driven fitness program that is driven by science. My wife and I went for 4/4 and 9/10 classes and saw results in our weight and energy. This is the only fitness place that could instill discipline in me personally as I find it difficult to commit and keep coming back. The classes are fun, challenging, always different and the staff (looking at you, Binh!) efficient and helpful. Drop your gym memberships and get yourself to a structured HIIT class at Bridges!

I finally found my gym! I have suffered from insomnia, depression and anxiety forever and I've always hated doing cardio but every doctor/therapist/nutritionist I've ever seen said it will help me with all of those things (instead of drinking a half bottle of wine every night to decompress!) I decided to give Bridges a try because it is only five minutes from my house in Richmond and I'm so glad I did! In addition to losing weight, for the first time in many years I can sleep and no matter how tired I am going in, I always feel better coming out. The 45 or 60 minute classes go by so quickly and include cardio, strength training, resistance bands and more - even a short relaxation/yoga period at the end of the class. You get to see your results up on a screen and it makes you want to do better than you did last time. You are not at all competing with anyone except for yourself in these classes. This gym is for everyone - it's very diverse in age, athletic abilities, etc. I have bad knees and a wrist issue but the instructors will always give me a modification if necessary. The classes are always different so you do not get bored and again you go at your own pace and do your personal best within the group. The gym is brand new, VERY clean, excellent air circulation and has blue lighting which makes it less intimidating and stress free. I highly recommend this gym to ANYTONE including those needed to "re-set" after losing motivation and dealing with so much during these crazy times. It's just nice to go to a place to make yourself feel better instead of turning on the news and getting bummed out night after night.

We joined BRIDGES after a long year of sporadic exercising outside of a gym, and despite COVID restrictions that were still in place, the team made every workout a great experience.The gym is well-maintained and has thoughtful touches, like extra hair ties and masks available at the front desk. With fitness trackers and data available for every class, it felt really good to note progress and calories burned.The team is flexible and efficient. They also had the nicest Halloween "Trick or Treat" workout, and it felt great to have a friendly local gym that kept us accountable and excited for each new class.

New fitness center with latest equipment and heart rate monitored HIIT cardio and strength routines. Great coaches. Small enough to feel like working with a personal trainer but soooo much more affordable. I was very out of shape but the coaches encouraged me to work and my level and keep pushing on. I now have confidence that with time, I will be in better shape and health.

This gym is awesome. I have only been to a few classes so far and I'm already hooked.- Small classes / strategically designed circuits = attention from the instructor so you never feel lost (and plenty of personal space)- Everyone who works there is really friendly and it's super easy to get in touch via text- Variety of workouts = never get bored and you get a nicely balanced workout every time- Facility is brand new and clean with lots of nice little touches/amenities (e.g. jar of hair elastics at the counter, masks, etc.)- Flexible membership model...I had to take a month off almost immediately after starting a new membership and they were so flexible and understanding in waiting to charge me anything until a new date I set...AND they followed up in a months' time to see if I was ready to come back. If you're looking for a new gym or on the fence, give this place a try!

The instructors provide Clorox wipes after each block of work; they currently require masks and keep the doors open so you feel COVID safe. I highly recommend this gym to anyone including those needed to “re-set” after losing motivation and dealing with so much during this dark time in history. It’s just nice to go to a place to make yourself feel better instead of turning on the news and getting bummed out night after night.

Great local gym! The instructors are very helpful and the classes will make you sweat.
